Absolutely terrible. We pay on time every month for our credit cards and bills credit doesn't go up but if you go over 1 dollar they drop your score 70 plus points. No warning nothing. I have written them several times and I get a computer generated response. 70 plus points but my husband same account is only 20 points. How?????Review from Jason B

This company will spam you with the likes in which you have never seen. You can just simply do a pre-qualification through there app and see your loan options (much like you can with the credit bureaus themselves) but Credit Sesame sales off your information and your email account will be spammed. Stay away from this crooked company.Review from Zain M

Same thing as everyone else is saying. $9.99 monthly fee and then another $3 for inactivity?? There is absolutely no customer service, every time I try to get my account to a $0 balance so I can try to terminate it takes forever for the money to get deposit and then forever to request a termination and by the time they reach back to you, its already been a month and a new $9.99 charge is on your account so now you cannot terminate with a negative balance. Been going on for months now, these guys have stolen so much money from people without any repercussions and that's just mind boggling.Review from SCAM S

This is the biggest scam.They advertised,so I wanted to improve my credit.I noticed they were charging $9.99 service fee and $3 inactivity fee.So I tried getting in touch with them. No customer service. I left them dozens of messages via email.I withdrew all my money each time getting charged $2.50+$3( even though they claim it was free. I had $3.60 left so went to ********* to withdraw the exact amount so there would be $0, but it didnt get approved.So ,now I owe them and am overdrawn $6.49 .Probably next month they will add another $9.99.I have spent hours on the phone a couple of times to speak to someone to say close my account,but cant .Dont fall for this scam,Review from J T.

Now, after seeing the ratings on BBB is accurate information of the company. I have made several attempts to terminate the account I still apparently have. I will include the email I just recently sent:In am a single mother, who is experiencing financial issues. Therefore I cannot afford to have a subscription. Please TERMINATE MY ACCOUNT as described in the steps. I will be reporting Credit Sesame to BBB to ensure prompt attention. When following the steps once again for the termination of my account with ********************** it has obviously failed to terminate from the initial attempt, which is unacceptable.Review from Dan T

I used my house rent to get my credit fixed and I did not regret that because he did come through. My credit score was at 480 when I contacted ******* and I have countless collections. I explained everything to the prof and he promised to get all this done and I will get to have a good credit score and also to apply for more credit cards and loans once again. I took heed to his advice and I followed his steps....on the third day, my credit score rocketed up to ************************* three days and I got to apply for credit cards and loans afterwards. I don't have any debts anymore and my credit is currently at 814 till date because the prof **** guided me through and how to make my credit clean so what he did is actually a permanent change on my report. He is the guy I've ever worked with in my life that can guarantee good results. If you want to fix your credit in no time. He can get your work done as promised. DOUGFOSTER543 at GMAIL dot COM. I had issues with credit sesame since 2021, paid my debt and didn't remove on my report until I was introduce to Brain, he helped me get rid off negatives and delete bad records from my DUI report also, He's efficient and affordable with what he does.
