      Hello I recently started an adult only space on Quora. Just this week I have received follows and questions from children!! 15 and 16 years old! There is no way to file a complaint with Quora. Hence my actions here. I hope I get an answer to this complaint or I will contact more authorities in **********. This is simply ridiculous. Children let that sink in for a moment if you have kids that age!! I block them immediately but this needs further investigation

      I have been a participant on Quora for many years. However, my participation there was in three languages, and because of some very unsavory and even threatening messages that I have received, I am feeling that I am putting my life in danger to remain with the same account. I wanted to change my user name and to cancel one of the languages because forcing me to state a specific city of residence could very well put my life in danger. I am a published writer in all three languages but because of a situation that forced me to relocate to an undisclosed suburb to escape the threats that had become increasingly hostile, if I must publicize my exact location, I want to stay alive. No online site is worth putting my life at risk! I have seen that the site does not allow me to make changes, so I'm ready to end my membership there rather than to continue the risk to my life.

      I have been charged 6.99 monthly for quora since February and have not signed up for any subscriptions. This company needs to be closed down this is fraud. Ive read that Im not the only one experiencing this. I have tried sending emails because there is no other way of contacting these people. I dont understand how this is legal. I want my money back for all the months I have been charged. $21 after I receive my refund I want nothing to do with this company. I almost want to get my lawyer involved because it seems to be a scam. Its very dishonest and Im sure many others are being charged and are unaware.

      I discovered that I had been charged for almost a year now. Upon reviewing my charges, I realized that I have never used this service or logged into this account since the charges began. I am unsure of the purpose of this service and I have been getting billed since April 2023. I kindly requested that they verify the login information for this account to confirm that it has not been used and will not be used in the future. I reached out for assistance on 4/5 through multiple emails. The response I received stated that a refund was not possible due to company policy. I requested for further investigation as I have not utilized the service before. The customer service representative then sent me a follow-up email with the policy highlighted in bold. I followed up and requested for my concern to be escalated to a manager or supervisor, but did not receive a response from the agent. On 04/09, I sent another email requesting for a manager or lead, and received a response from a different agent with the same information. I replied again, asking for a manager, but have not received a response since then, which was on April 10th. I want to get my refund of $79.89 and be done with this company please. I also think that they not responding is the worst type of customer service I can imagine anyone having. My name is *************************** and email they were showing on their system is ******************** I do not have an account number or order number.

      I am writing as I was permanently banned for unknown reasons quite awhile back. I asked 2 or 3 times WHY I was banned and IF I could be re-instated. They said No. I am rather shocked to see the grade that Quora has with the BBB. I also feel there may be discrimination within the moderators as I am seeing many other complainants have made. One person will get banned for something relatively unknown and others can post outrageous posts and keep their subscription for eternity. WHICH leads one to wonder if there is DISCRIMINATION going on within the moderators. I am wondering if the Moderators are ever monitored themselves? There seems to be a lot of unhappy people with Quora. And I'm sure the moderators are saying 'If you are so unhappy, why are you trying to get re-instated?' It is because Quora is a great way for people to share and interact which is what I presume Quora is meant to be, is it not? If RAN CORRECTLY, there would be far less bans and more happy customers with far less complaints on the BBB! There just doesn't seem to be any consistency in the moderation of Quora. Permanent bans should be only for the MOST egregious of infractions. Not for someone that makes a mistake and violates a guideline or someone who 'got caught up in the heat of the moment' as in politics. I never used profanity or anything of real 'shock value.' I question WHY I was banned and WHY I have not 'served my sentence?' Their comeback is always to file an appeal. When you do, the answer is always the same WITH NO EXPLANATION. We deserve to know EXACTLY why we were PERMANENTLY banned and why it was so foul that we didn't just get a 2 week ban or whatever. I don't see how they can keep up like this. There are GOOD people that have a lot to contribute but have never been given any leniency to speak of. I am asking Quora to re-instate my membership and to explain to me EXACTLY why if not. I would like a telephone call in that case. Not a robotic reply. Thanks.

      My quora user profile which is connected via my ****** account login has been hacked through my interactions with quora.com on my browser. This is evident from the interactions via questions and messages which records you may find by browsing through my quora profile.It also has given me the impression that alot of my interactions on the site seems artificial and manufactured. The experience of being bullied by random quarans and a questions for you feed that is hostile, targetted, and personal makes it clear that it was someone I know. An ex. That's how I'm certain I'm being stalked and that through the interaction of questions, she is stalking and has gotten many other quoran's to believe I'm targetable.Possibly my acct link was shared on some space which identifies trolls, narcissists, *** offenders etc... The harrassment is getting to me, and my posts are becoming very hostile. Please review my account. I give you investigative authority. Name and login email as provided. Another indicator the hacker uses, is to either Create profiles with answers that offer to be messages to me. Also quora digest emails and the featured q n a are means of harassing communicative messages.My followers and following list is also often filled in with accounts that have content meant to be messages for me. I've already sent emails but I believe my ****** account has been exposed from probably xss or phishing long via Quora. Please do something to reverse or delete any malicious code running in links or urls pertaining my activity. Or do let me know if there are ways for me to safeguard myself on my end or if I'm being redirected out of your protected servers. My experience is similar both via browser and app. I've already changed passwords many many times and when I login to Quora, the hacker gains access again. I feel there are posts that are slandering and smearing me. Or at least encouraging people to harrass me with inappropriate or irrelevant troll questions.tq

      I am a new advertiser with Quora who had my ads account ***************** suspended in August 2023 for a policy violation. Since then, I have made every effort to work with Quora Ads support team to have my account reinstated.Specifically, I have done all the steps they asked me:Removed all ads that were in violation of policies Provided a sample compliant ad per Quora's request Sent multiple follow-up emails to my contact ****** and the general ads support email Despite my diligent attempts over the past 7 days, there is no response of appeal request.I am seeking the BBB's assistance in getting a response from Quora on reinstating my account. As I have shown, I have done everything asked of me to comply with their policies moving forward.I am more than willing to comply with any requirements they have to allow me to advertise again.       I had ONE question on Quora so I had to sign up for this free service and I never got an answer so I immediately canceled 5 minutes on that very day.After my rent payment wouldn't go through I found out they charged me almost $50.00!!! There's no phone number to call so I tried sending them messages with no response. Including the emails they sent and they came back stating "No address found "
