      Upwork does not have enough resources to provide customer service. If things are working, then they are working, however if anything breaks they need 24 - 48 hours to resolve it. I am not even a freelancer and have experienced this. I still cannot believe their lack of customer service for their customers, the very same customers that make their existence possible. For every issue they need 24 - 48 hours to respond and they do not even bother with giving you a more accurate time frame or reason for a lot of their decisions which has consequences for you. I have been using Fiverr and their customer service and overall handling of problems is much quicker. I wish the talent I want to hire were available on Fiverr, because then I would not bother with the poor customer service at Upwork. I created an account on Upwork last week, and it has been suspended for more than 24 hours. Weekends are the most crucial time for us and thanks to Upwork and lack of customer support we cannot achieve our goals.

      I've provided background already once. I made screen shots of their original "blocked" return and my position against their untenable situation. It appears that I cannot resubmit them here. "We've reviewed your account and recent activity." This is spying since they had no reasonable reason or suspicion for doing so. IF THEY WERE MONITORING THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE FOUND SOMETHING. THEY DID NOT, SO IT'S SHOOT FIRST AND ASK QUESTIONS LATER. I was impugned and treated like a common criminal when it was gross incompetence on their part. They're not professionals.
