I got a bill from the company for providing services when I went to the ER. The bill was received in ******** of **** and I set up a payment plan to pay off the bill. I was being charged an amount of around ** per month for 6 months. In August 2021 I received a collections notice that my bill had been sent to collections for nonpayment even though the company was still charging my card on the payment plan. I filed a dispute with the collections company and they tried to reach out to Silicon Valley imaging with no response. In October 2021 I contacted a service rep with Silicon Valley imaging to inquire about the account and was told they didn't have access to it. I've called their billing number multiple times and it's not in service. I've e-mailed about the account multiple times and nothing. The collections company wants more than the amount owed because Silicon Valley imaging was still collecting my money even though they had sold off the account. It's been a year since the first bill and I cannot resolve anything with this company.
