After spending over $80 with this company I reported an issue with a driver not picking me up or coming to my location and ignoring all messages they allowed their driver to keep my money and lied for days saying it was going to be reviewed and refunding only to be told they denied my refund the driver got to keep my money I close the account I will be disputing the charges that was made and get all of my money backInitial Complaint

On 2/15/24, my daughter and her partner used the inDriver app in ***********, ****. My daughter left her bag in the car when she got out. She immediately called and messaged the driver. The driver picked up the phone and confirmed the bag was in there. My daughter asked the driver if he could turn around and bring it back to her and he said he was on another ride. He then hung up the call. She tried to call and message again repeatedly and the driver would not pick up the phone or otherwise respond. The drivers name is *************************. He drives a white ****** Versa. His license plate number is *******. We tried to contact support at InDriver multiple times and got no response other than to ask for the same information we already provided. This company is extremely unethical, dishonest and non-responsive. The driver hired by InDriver basically stole (kept) my daughter's bag with all of its important contents and the company made no effort to even attempt to have the bag returned to my daughter. This company (InDriver) was immediately provided with all the details of this incident by email and through their app. They are well aware and chose to do nothing. On March 29, 2022, I requested to have my driver account delete. I followed their requested steps. Which are very lengthy, and not convenient. To date, Indriver hasn't replied and/or deleted my account.
