A Listia member bid on an auction I had listed and won. She received the goods listed and lots of extras. She then proceeded to be dissatisfied with her purchase, and initiated a dispute. I told her to return the items and I would refund her points. She gave a bogus ship tracking number and then cut me off from being able to reply and Listia took the points because they said the matter was resolved. I never got the items back and she got all the points and my stuff! There is no way for me to get admin involved after they blocked me from replying.Business response

The tracking number shows the item was returned to the Seller. Listia has not blocked this User from communication with us. Please send in a support ticket to continue any complaint or dispute you may have with our decision.

Ive tried contacting Listia about the problems Im dealing with on their site. They owe me $70.00 in Amazon gift cards, which I was supposed to get within 14 days and its been over a month. Theyre not responding to any of my complaints that Ive sent them. Second, theyre having a lot of technical issues within their website where I cant create any passcards nor update any photos in my auction. They keep giving me the run around and seriously not answering my complaints. Im trying to provide my customers with exceptional service and Listia is making me look incompetent. I honestly dont know whats going on with their site. Are they going under, do they plan to file bankruptcy? Are they having glitches? Its a constant thing with them, nothing is working. This been going on since last November. Please have them fix their site, pay whats owed to me and to stop giving me the run around. Its unprofessional. Hello,
This User has been made whole on our site in terms of Gift Cards won being processed. We are experiencing higher than usual processing times. At no point do we hold a Users PTS if they wish to be refunded. We do apologize for longer wait times, but hopefully we will catch up soon!
As for their other issues they are more than welcome to send in a support ticket for assistance. I am available to answer any questions about our site Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and sometimes Saturdays. We pride ourselves on being 100% transparent with our Users and we would not have been around for 12+ years if this were not true.
We do not provide information about our finances to individual users when they request, but if there is a major site updates we make these announcement to our entire community via email, on our site and our social media pages.

Got Suspended on Listia on October 10 from listing and bidding without warning. All i did was buy and sell digital collectibles. Been on this site for 8 years and never 1 had this problem until you decided to create this digital collectibles. I am not happy someone who supported you and stick by you for that long got no warning nothing i did not even know it was not allowed. If i buy some from someone and i return the favor and buy some from that person how is that wrong. Please reconsider this suspension.Business response

Hello,
Issue resolved with User. We reached out via support ticket and let them know why. User was temporarily suspended from ********************** removing their ability to list items. The suspension was lifted and the User now has full access to their account.

Item at Listia was purchased on 11/17/2022. Seller claim it was 18k white gold.Before I purchased the item I told Seller that I will get the Item check by professional jeweler for being white gold. ******* told me that is silver.I immediately return item to Seller and requested 30K points back what I pay for item./chain. Listia know all the circumstances., but decide the Seller keep the points even knowing it was scam. I requested Listia too return my points. They decline. I want Listia to return my 30K points return to my account.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: Listia falsely claim that because I did return BOGUS item even no rule in Listia for returning items therefore returning this BOGUS chain was return ( Seller claimed that it was WHITE GOLD but at jewelry expert it was proven that it is SILVER) and no receipt I was not given since I was told that jewerly does not provide any receipt in my case. Listia case decider then immediately decide to CONFISCATE my POINTS paid for item/chain and gave it to SCAMMING SELLER!!!. Lot of money. 30K .When I enquire, WHY? I did not got any responds from Listia and obviously want my 30K points back since I got grossly taken. Listia broke there own rule with no specification about returning the items.None .

This company sure likes to scam. This was my second attempt at this site. The most recent I was doing it out of my home in NH. I sold a card and met someone with a local delivery. Next thing I know I banned for funneling credits. Second time they banned me and kept my credits/money. I been asking around it seems like it happens more often with others. I would like my account reinstated and allow me to spend my money. They don't even have a way to contact them.Business response

I redeemed my points for a total of $200 worth of amazon gift cards. Their website says to allow up to 10 days for delivery. After the 10 days I got a response that stated it was on the way by email. it doesn't take another 7 days for email to be sent. I'm now on the 18th day, and now they won't respond. I read online that this was the only way other members were able to resolve this. I'm hoping this is resolved soon.Business response

I used my points on listia to redeem them for a $50 gift card code on Jan 10th, 2022. After a few days I attempted to contact them. Since then I have tried multiple times to reach them for comment and they choose to ignore me or refund my points. 11/18/2021: won auction #XXXXXXXX-X-lot-set-7-function-digital-multimeter, for amount of 9,999 PTS (ONLY PTS, NO XNKS ) 11/18/2021 : paid : 9,999 PTS Get It Now .Thursday, Nov 18, 2021 4:11:04 PM GMT-0600 11/18/2021 deducted 9,999 PTS. from MY PTS of 19,027.99 , leaving balance of 9,028.99 PTS and a balance of 1009 XNKs in my account I have contact the company thru email, they said you used your xnk/inks for a purchase,. I did not ! I want my xnk/inks back to use on other sites I earned this thru selling my item on their site. Listia is being deceptive stating I used my currency to pay for and item, which I did not and would not have used my inks to pay for an item. I can provide you all with an email they've sent me. I have printed proof of everything. I would like help in obtaining my earnings back from them. which is being stolen at the moment. On the auction you will see, the auctioneer ask for 9.999 points. on Nov 18, 2021. on the proof I have sent to you all on November 18, 2021, I am be deceived double charged without my authorization to this depraved sneakiness. Notice a slick charge of 1009 xnk or inks being slid into the charge for no know reason,.. except for deceptive , thievery.Business response
