      *************************************, owner of Furry Faces Pet CBD. In late Oct I had a free consult Zoom mtg with ************************************* to discuss my cat's issues. During that mtg. I agreed to 12 Zoom mtgs for $500 to discuss my cat's needs. I made a PayPal pmt. of $500 on 10/29/23. I made an appt for 12/1/23 at 9am to pick up an order of oil at *******************************************************, which is a house. Per the instructi. on website I called the Furry Faces # at 9am, left a VM, and waited for someone to bring out the oil. I left 2nd VM @9:10am and waited until 9:20am. No one was there. I had a Zoom mtg. with her at 11 AM that same day where she said it was her staff's fault and "I haven't been to the office yet and when I'm not there I don't know what goes on". She told me someone will drop it off to me by 12:30PM ,I received the oil at 3PM. We had 2 Zoom mtgs. (Dec. 8 and 15). I made an appt. for 12/22 @ 11AM. She did not show up to Zoom after I waited 15min. I left VM and email for her to call me ASAP. She did not reply to either.I also left VM on 12/26, 27 and 28 with no reply. She finally emailed on 27th and said her scheduler said I canceled the 22nd appt. and she was out of town from 12/24 - 1/2. I replied I absolutely did not cancel that mtg and this was the 2nd time she failed to show up for a scheduled appt. with no notice, she has proven to be unreliable and unprofessional. I wanted a refund for the remaining 9 sessions ($375.03) I paid for because I would not be scheduling future mtgs due to her unreliability. She replied, again said I canceled that appt. and she does not offer refunds. My reply I asked for screenshot of cancellation notice I supposedly made. Also for a copy of the correspondence email she claims to have sent on the 22nd. I asked to see where on her website says she offers no refunds. I sent that email on 12/31 and twice more with no reply. Another indication of her lack of reliability and professionalism. I have emails to suppprt dates conversations
