      SCAM no other way to put it. Tell the credit bureaus when disputing to refer to the BBB site for proof of scam. Was removed off my report 2 months later.

      F&F is either misrepresenting facts, being deceptive, or outright committing fraud as I have not had ANY derogatory accounts on my credit report for at least the last fifteen years nor have I received any notice of such. While this item has now been resolved, PLEASE record my complaint was I am sure this company will attempt to commit deceptive/dishonest acts on other people who will not hold them to standard as I did. - - On August 14 2021 F&F Management placed a collection item on my Trans-Union file/Credit Bureau Report (CBR) for $585 (Showed original creditor as Bank First). - I immediately mailed a letter to F&F Management asking them to provide information on the item as required by law as they did not have any written or verbal contact with me whatsoever concerning this. I received a notice/receipt from the postal service that the letter had been delivered to them on August 23rd. As of the date of this complaint, I have yet to receive any response from them. - I immediately contacted Trans-Union (TU) to file a dispute. The initial dispute was supposedly "Validated" by F&F on September 8th, adding that the account originated in 2016 (False). I filed another dispute with TU, reiterating that F&F has failed to provide proper documentation as required and that I have not had any derogatory items on my CBR for 15 years. The second dispute also came back as "Validated" by F&F on Sept 23rd. - I also immediately asked the federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to assist in this matter. They responded to me on September 7th, stating that they can not ask F&F Management for a response because the company is not in their complaint system. - On September 13, I filed a complaint with my Attorney Generals Office (AGO) here in Pennsylvania. They apparently attempted to contact F&F several times to review the matter, F&F apparently ignored my AGO. On 27 October, my AGO informed me that they could not take any further action as F&F had ignored their inquiries. The AGO further advised me that I could seek civil action. - On November 5th, while gathering updated information to launch a civil suit against F&F, it was discovered that they mysteriously removed the derogatory item from my TU CBR on November 2nd. - While the item in question has been removed from my CBR and at this time, I am not seeking any further legal action. There is no doubt in my mind that F&F was attempting to commit a fraudulent act here. They repeatedly lied and provided false and or misleading information to the credit bureau, and they ignored my request to provide validating information to me as required by law as well as the request from my states AGO. It appears that they then became scared by the inquiries from my AGO and dropped the matter. While I am an informed consumer and will take appropriate matters to protect myself, I fear that this company will take advantage of less informed and more vulnerable people. Please take note of my complaint and record it for future reference so that we can keep this company honest.

      (1 star) 8/2021 F and F Management added an adverse credit entry to my TransUnion credit report in August 2021, causing my credit score to drop. I have disputed the item with TransUnion, but they did not remove the collection. I ended freezing my credit from having new accounts opened because now my personal information is compromised to fraudulent collection activity and what else there is.. This company is running a fraudulent collection scam as I am not the only victim there are many others. Transunion needs band this company from reporting fraudulent collection on peoples credit. Transunion Custumer service was not helpful and limited in there training in how they can assist individuals. Their customers service representatives are not based in the US which makes it that much difficult to get your point across. I work so hard to keep credit score at an excellent level and have this scam company fraudulently ruin it.

      This unknown company added an adverse credit entry to my TransUnion credit report in August 2021, causing my credit score to drop from 837 to 697. I've never had any dealings with them and have no idea who or what they are, and I definitely didn't open an account with them. I have disputed the item with TransUnion, but that my take 30 days to resolve. Very irritating to work so hard to keep credit score at an excellent level and have this scam company fraudulently ruin it.

      last month an account popped up on my credit report. I have never heard of this company and when I tried to call the phone rang for 3 minutes straight before going to a generic voice mail. I am in the process of trying to dispute the account.

      F & F Management just showed up on my credit report as a unpaid debt opened Aug 10, 21. I have no knowledge of this debt or account and certainly not anything opened Aug 10, 2021. I have researched this company and it appears to be scam. They should not be allowed to affect your credit score.

      F & F Management placed a collection/charge off on my credit report with Trans-union which said I opened an account in Aug. 2021. I have never heard of this company before and have definitely not opened any accounts in Aug. or any other time with them. Like others, I have a perfect credit score and now this blemish is on my report. Like others, I disputed it with Trans-Union and a few days later, they said Verified! I agree with others, the BBB needs to take a look at F&F Management and Trans-Union. F&F definitely appears to be a scam and scare tactic business.

      scammers .They place 16year old collection accounts on Transunion credit reporting. you know absolutely nothing about the account, your social security number is attached to the account owed. a fictitious account number is given so that who ever is owed cannot verify the account .upon contacting the scammers they ask for a settlement fee in exchange for removing an unknown account off your credit report. if unable to pay you get threatened with arbitration or leins, garnishments and larger payment amounts. meal while BBB reports the company is not registered with BBB, address does not exist their working from a postal annex (mailbox), the actual name of the business is F&F Associate Tax Service. address on file with Transunion 40960 CAL OAKS RD STE #188 Murrieta CA 92562. When you talk to employees they refuse to give last names ,they refuse to give correct address, their verbally abrasive ,threatening and have an my way or the highway attitude. They claim to have a legal dept but refuse to allow any correspondence verbal or written. do not care about consumer rights laws. you can request Dept validation letter, copy of contract, signatures,correct account numbers etc will not get it because they dont have it.

      Back in 2010 I borrowed $300.00 from a predatory lender called "Allied Cash Advance" because I didn't know any better at the time. However, I ended up paying them back almost double of what I borrowed and I still somehow owed more than what I actually borrowed. By 2011 I was done. I stopped paying this company and never ever made a payment again. Over the course of 10 years, this debt has been sold to many different collections companies who ultimately have been unsuccessful in collecting this so called debt owed. At this point, the statue of limitation is up for any collections on this 10 year old debt according to the Virginia state law. On Tuesday July 20th 2021, I received an alert of a collections account on my Transunion report. It was from a company called F&F MANAGEMENT INC. stating a random dollar amount owed to them of $683.00 with an original creditor of ALLIED CASH ADVANCE. It also states the account was opened on June 1st 2021. (Fraudulent Lies) I have never heard of this company nor have I ever received any correspondence from this company before. I also do not have a written contract with this company and have never done business with this company so I am confused to why they are able to report this fraudulent debt on my credit report. I immediately disputed this with Transunion as I pay all of my bills on time and have $0.00 collections on my credit up until July 20th 2021. I find it very odd that the very next day Transunion completed the investigation and ruled in the favor of F&F Management stating the debt was found to be valid. I honestly think all of this needs to be looked into, including Transunion as they could be working together because I did a search on this company and to no avail, just in June and July 2021 alone hundreds of consumers have reported the same exact situation with Transunion and this company. I am willing to take this further. If this fraudulent debt is not removed from my credit report, I will gladly spend $2000.00 on an attorney for that $683.00 fraud. It's completely despicable what this company is doing to people and being able to get away with it at that. If Transunion is apart of this scheme, I hope their company will be exposed as well. I will not pay this fraudulent debt!!!!! It could stay on my report till the day I die!!!!
