On June 3, 2023 I ordered a part for my car. [KHARCF1001-003 2010+ Genesis ***** 2.0T Coil Pack Cover (Carbon Fiber)] - Order # AB- *****. Their sales department advised me in writing it would take a bit to provide due to the material it was made out of. They initially told me it would be sent out in July 2023 however it was not done. I would chat with them via email **************************** asking for updates.Finally in November 2023 they confirmed via email they would refund my money. First they said they put it back on my "credit card" but that was NOT done. Then they said they would "mail" a check in December of 2023 and that has not been done either. They they stopped responding to me. I want a full refund of the money I paid for this.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I've found anyone can "create" a **** number however if you look at the number they provided on June 10, 2024 and actually track the package...you will see that it hasn't moved at all since June 10, 2024 so nothing has been given to **** to mail or send to me. I have attached the **** information snapshot which tracks when/where a package is. Please confirm with Khartunerz again as they have NOT sent any refund to me. I would not close this out until I actually receive a refund of the money with a good valid check that will clear my bank. It doesn't appear they are trustworthy at this point.Business response

I purchased brakes and rotors from this company, I had to make two ordered as I made a mistake with the first one, they called me and we got everything straighten out that I would only be receiving the front brake pads and front rotors. A few weeks ago now I finally got around to installing the parts and found that the two boxes I had received contained Centric break rotors and not the stoptech rotors nor that had been advertised and that I had purchased, I am well aware that stoptech is one on Centrics brands but I ordered stoptech from the website and have the order summary as proof. The brake pads themselves never arrived and I have never recieved the refund for my mistakenly purchased rear rotors or if they were going to refund the whole order the brake pads I am currently out of around 750 dollars and I have nothing that I actual ordered from this company. my order numbers were Orders AB- 16070 and AB- 16071 I have sent many of their "contact us" email forms on their website and have not heard back I have called their phone number and left multiple message and still no one has contacted me, at this point I honestly dont know what else to do as all I want are the parts that I need for my car.Business response

Im not sure what customer means by he has called multiple times and no answer I can provide proof of the multiple times we have spoken over the phone
Customer is also stating his rotors he received are centric and not stoptech
I can provide proof they are infact stoptechs model however they are always shipped within centric boxes
If he wishes to return his rotors and get a full refund we can definitely facilitate that

I ordered an aftermarket radiator for my Hyundai Genesis Coupe on 04/17/2022 for the amount of $415. The part number was VH***59 and was available for purchase on their website at that time. They sent out a confirmation email (Image attached) verifying my purchase and promptly charged me for the transaction. As of the time of writing this, it is 11/24/2022. I have given ample amount of time for the order to be processed and still have not received an email back from them, even after a follow up. I contacted them via email on 05/17/2022 (Image attached) and never got a reply. I also contacted them directly on through customer support on 10/26/2022 using their website, www.khartunerz.com to request a refund and never got a reply there either. At this point I am no longer interested in the product, nor do I want it. It has been seven months without any any contact, or insight to what has happened with my order. At this point, I would like nothing more than a full refund of the money I spent for the product that I did not receive. The business has made no attempts to resolve the issue. My account for payment on their website was [email protected], order number AB-15061 and I never even received a tracking number. I hope this can be resolved soon. Thank you.Business response

I purchased a Kia Stinger hood deflector on 3/18/2022. I contacted the seller on March. 25th for a tracking number. there was no response, I contacted them again on March 25th. I got a response from someone I will get a tracking number on (Tuesday) March 28th. On April 4th (Monday) I sent an email that I never got a tracking number, March 5th (Tuesday) I sent an email making sure they are getting my emails. I got a response from someone saying "let me check on this". April 6th (Wednesday) still no response. April 6th I called ###-###-#### and spoke to someone that said the internet was not in and he would leave them a message to call me. No one ever did. By looking at the other complaints this is an ongoing issue. I should have researched the company before I purchased. This is not the way to do business. Very disappointed!!!!!!!Business response

Order #AB-13641 from 9/17/2021 Ordered multiple items from this business at the same time and received everything except the most expensive item, red injen cold air intakes. After receiving all items except one, reached out and got an update of being on back order 5-6 weeks. After that time went by I called again and spoke to another rep asking if they could just ship me the AEM brand intakes which we’re in stock. Not a problem he said. Never received them. Have tried to call multiple times in between then and now and haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone. Most recent reach out date was 12/30/2021 via email. No response. I want the part sent to me in a timely manner, 5-6 weeks or sooner from now.Business response

This falls under that case - still waiting on the manufacturer to have these available
They simply can produce them fast enough
