BUYERS BEWARE!!!! SCAMMERS, BAIT & SWITCH, WASTE OF TIME! I wouldn't give them a star if I could! DO NOT waste your time with these SCAMMERS! Check their Yelp reviews (the worst). They advertise one price online & play clueless after you test drive regarding their advertised price. The car I test drove was $27,975. Upon sitting down to buy, price changed to $36,000+! To top it off, we didn't need financing and had a trade in that they were gonna low ball me for. Offering $2500, when KBB shows I can sell it for $3800-$4900. I was still willing to take the low ball offer but explain to me how you want me to pay for extreme additions (tax & fees) of almost $9000 that I don't want, wasn't asking for & that you DID NOT ADVERTISE? The sells guy had the dumbest look on his face trying to justify the "SCAM" they have going, that he couldn't even make it make sense. He first stated they don't take cash for purchase, when I told him we didn't need financing & they don't take other financing. By the look on his face, you would've thought I said a bad word, when I said we had our own financing. They're trying to SCAM so bad, since when is cash not good? Although, I had a check in my purse from my credit union. They want those extra, outrageous fees so bad, that they will let good customers walk. I couldn't believe I was at an actual dealership. They do business more like the little shade tree car lots that buy auction cars. You may have better luck going to a shady car lot, than to do business with them. I don't see how they're still in business. Maybe the dealership is a front for other shady activities because they could care less about making an actual sell unless they can SCAM you out of extra money. BUYERS don't be desperate & get ROBBED & SCAMMED out of your hard earned money. Take your business elsewhere.

i should of walked away like was already was trying to do but i didn't. wish i would of. agreed to all the posts on here. car was advertised for 14700 and then they wanted to add 5k in add ons saying it was mandatory. i got them down to a lower price but now that i have the add ons, i doubt i have the paint protection, and Lojack... been trying to get a hold of them but all i get is they will call you or they will email you.... its been a week. just got off the phone and the girl there said you have spoken to everyone in the department about this, well not ****, no one is calling me back.

SCAMMERS! Stay Away. All of the reviews and complaints are 100% true. Contacting the Attorney General of CA to have them shut down. They use classic bait and switch tactics used by all the shady dealers. Don’t waste your time with scammers like this auto gallery. literally fraud. When a dealer advertises a sale price of a motor vehicle the dealer they must honor that price. I will be filling all complaints possible against this dealership for the reasons above. Finance department are complete liars as well.

I saw a car listed online by this dealership for $14900 which looked like a great reasonable price. I drove an hour to the dealership to test drive, and the car in question was in the lot with a listing price of $20000. This dealership tacked on massively overpriced add ons bringing the total from 14k to 20k. When I brought it up the salesperson's response was " We have to make money somehow." Reading further into it this violates the CA lemon law and is considered fraud under the FTC. According to the FTC, cars must be sold by dealerships for the prices advertised online. When I returned to the dealership to bring it up, the manager said he would not lower his inflated price, and when I informed him that this violates CA law, his response was " I could give a ****." When I asked for his name and business card, he refused to present one and said he would not sell us a car. ( The add ons mentioned were Scotchgard for around $1200, Lo-Jack for around $1400 among other inflated "Mandatory Add-ons). Management had an attitude, and honesty problem. Do not trust this dealership.

They are adding LoJack, 3M for $5K on top of their advertised price. They reasoned that they have these in all of their cars and cannot be removed. They are not honest in doing their business and they rip people off. Now I know why they have a poor rating as a dealer. What a HORRIBLE experience I had with this dealer. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

This place is the definition of HORRIBLE. They listed a Jeep for $20,000 on the internet and when a couple young men went to go look at it the salesman told them there were another $10k in fees they added. Nice way to not only try and screw over a couple young men but a couple United States Marines on top of it. I hope this place goes under with this type of business ethics. If you support your country and the Men and Women that protect it you will stay away from this place!!!
