      Feb 23rd 2024 purchased Kicker 51KSS6904 for $212.49, Feb 29th received Kicker KSC690. They accused me of trying to scam them, until I sent them pictures of all 6 sides of the box including pictures of the barcode, then they finally admitted to shipping the wrong speakers and the next day emailed a return label. They stated once they received the wrong speakers back they would ship the correct speakers. I requested a refund. Why should I have to wait another 2 weeks to receive the correct speakers? They received the wrong speakers back on March 8th 2024, It is now April 3rd 2024, I have NOT received my refund (or new speakers), I want a refund. PayPal has been unable to resolve this issue.

      I purchased a stereo and some speakers for my truck from this company. One of my speakers came back to me broken and the stereo came to me with flaws in the screen tiny specs behind the glass that could not be removed. And upon installing the unit it would not function or even power on at all. I returned the items over a month ago and they have received them. They finally refunded me the money for the speaker but will not return my money on the stereo. They told me it was in refund department and I waited ample time to receive the funds with no luck. I contacted my creditor and they initiated a charge back. The company told me to cancel my charge back and they would refund my money. I canceled my chargeback and even sent them documents confirming and they have still yet to issue my refund. I contact them all they time and there is always some excuse and that they are working on it. Please help me recover my funds in the amount of $552.46 so that I do not have to issue another charge back and pursue legal action. This company seems like a big scam they send out broken items and charge you shipping to return them. And then not sending out refunds without a fight. I will never order from this company again and would advise others to stay away as well.

      Good day!
      We received your email regarding customer complaint ID : ********.  We are willing to process the refund of the customer however the customer filed a chargeback.  We did advise him to remove the chargeback so we can process the refund.  Until this day the customer still did not remove the chargeback that is why we cannot process the refund for him.  The chargeback that the customer filed was already escalated and still under review until now with Paypal and its financial institution.  In as much as we want to process his refund this is now being handled by Paypal.  Customer needs to wait for the final result from paypal with the chargeback he filed.  Attached is the screenshot that we received from paypal which is proof that this is already a case that is being processed and handled by Paypal .  Thank you for your understanding.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      There is not chargeback active. The business has been notified of this and has several copies of the attached documents confirming this. There is always an excuse as to why I can not have my refund even before I initially started the chargeback. I waited weeks with multiple excuses now this. 

      I have cancelled the charge back and they have the same confirmation letter I’m sending you it has been cancelled since the date on the letter. 

      please get my refund.

      I called and canceled my order on April 26th because they said they had no eta on the product. They said my money would be refunded to my affirm account. As of May 10th there is no money refunded. They keep saying it's on the refund department but they will not let me speak to them or a manager. I'm not trying to pay for something I have canceled the order on.

      I purchased a radio through online car ******.com. I received my package, there was a used display face for the radio. I contacted the company, Online Car Stereo, after about 2 days I was told to file a claim with UPS. Representative **** ****** stated that UPS must have switched the face to the radio. Outside packaging was a plain brown box intact, not retaped. Online car stereo sold me a used radio as new. I have multiple pictures, website will not let me post them. Hopefully someone contacts me from BBB so I can email them the photos.

      I purchased a radio and received it on 11/15/2022. The. Shipping box was damaged, the radio box was damaged, and there was no packing to keep the radio stable. When I installed the radio have of the functions worked. I called amd emailed the company. I was told to make a claim, which I did. I called and checked on the status a little bit later. I was told UPS had to approve the claim but it was taking a while due to the holidays. I was assured I would be approved and able to receive a fully functional radio. I provided pictures and proof of purchase. I have called and emailed a few more times, most recently on 1/24/2023. I was placed in hold for 45 minutes. I was finally told a supervisor would call me on the 25th due to how long my claim had been. I have yet to speak to anyone.

      Date of Transaction: November 11, 2022 Unit Purchased: Metra Electronics 99-7804B Order #: AMZ 4AB987FE5858 Total Cost: $315.99 Summary: I purchased this unit to replace a car stereo head unit. This was the dash kit needed for a proper install. I brought this over to a professional installer who told me the unit did not work, and was on the phone to the original manufacturer in their Tech Support Division. They said the unit was defective and to return it. My installer also said the unit looked used, like it had come out of another car previous. I then called OnlineCareStereo.com Customer Service line to receive an RMA number, which they gave me. After a week of not hearing from them, I emailed them several time and got this response: Hi, Is this for the Metra Electronics 99-7804B we just received the item and it is not eligible for refund since item is already used and defective. This will only fall under warranty. Please let me know how do you want to proceed. Thank you! Sincerely, OnlineCarStereo.com Support Team This is completely bad business. They sent me a used defective product, then tell me they aren't going to refund my money because it was defective and used. I would like a full refund ASAP. Attached are three pieces of information: 1. The original packing list 2. Copy of the transaction from my bank 3.        I am rejecting this response because:  They have still not reimbursed me the full amount for sending a used, defective product.  This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.  I was promised a refund in full, and they have not given me that.  They still owe me $71.49 of the balance (paid original amount of $315.99)

Customer did claim he had received incorrect items, we verified they were correct with images he sent. We've just been waiting to receive the items back since the 13th of December. The items have arrived in our warehouse today, so we're just inspecting and processing the item to be able to issue him the refund today.       informed the customer that as per tech this is a 6 1/2 speaker and will work with 6 3/4  speakers, we call it dual.  

      customer said the speakers won't fit.  He tried those of his friend which are the same as what he ordered and they won't fit.

      the items are still brand new.  Just opened 1 box to check on the speakers which might be having spacers but they do not have spacers so definitely it won't fit.

      Told him that recommended items that will fit his vehicle will be sent to him
      customer would like to do an exchange for the one's that fit his vehicle.

      I purchased a remote starter in December and received it on December 10th 2021. I requested to return it because no dealers would install it because it wasn’t their own equipment. I sent the equipment back in brand new condition in the original packaging and it was received on January 6 and signed for via FedEx. I have asked a couple of times about my refund and have not had success getting my money back. I am requesting a refund.

      Purchased a car stereo from this ***************.com. They billed my credit card, then contacted me and said they don't have the stereo I ordered and need to special order it, taking 8 weeks (or more) and suggested I buy a more expensive stereo they actually have in stock. I asked for a refund. They have yet to credit my credit card. A search on reddit indicates this is their standard business practice: "they list a bunch of gear for sale that they do not have, and never intend to have, and then when someone orders it, they call them to try to get them to switch the order to something else they have in a similar price range" *********************************************************************************com/ This company should not be in business, it's highly deceptive.
