Horrible company.!! SCAM!!! I needed a simple return and swap. Nope. Multiple employees wanted to tell me how wrong I was and argue. Not good sales ethics. Another even laughed at me while I explained my problem. Done!! I've returned the mispicked item. ALSO had to pay for their "free" shipping label. It's been about 3 weeks....haven't received my long paid for item yet. DO NOT do business with ONLINE CAR STEREO .COM!!! EVER!!

Purchased a head unit back in December and because of my busy schedule it took about a month for me to install it. Everything appeared to be working well until I cam out one morning and started my truck and all the memory had defaulted to factory in the unit. I figured it was just a glitch but removed the unit and verified my connections (which were soldered with heat shrink). I failed to mention that I am a corporate technical trainer in the automotive industry as well as an ASE Master Tech (currently certified). After the unit continued to reset multiple times at random intervals I reached out to OnlineCarStereo.com and they requested that I remove the unit and verify my connections (which I did, with photos). Then they requested voltage readings and resistance readings on my ground circuit (which I pulled the unit again and did, with photos). Then they cancelled my "ticket" before I could respond to their request. Through multiple emails and a classic and well played game of "run around" they offered me an RMA # as long as I paid the shipping and possible restocking fee.. (help me understand this) I offered to upgrade my unit and pay the difference (no response). I have learned my lesson with this company and I hope you will go elsewhere to a more reputable dealer to purchase your automotive electronics and you cannot say you have not been warned, I should have done better homework on this company. The only place you will not find negative reviews is on their website (that should be a red flag).

I purchased a "factory refurbished" 10 inch kicker compc subwoofer. Problem is it wasn't refurbished it was a blown speaker. Im guessing they knew that when they sold it to me. This is called theft by deception! Beware of this company!

Online Car Stereo tried to deny return of a defective head unit, no responses from them after they received my return (that I had to ship at my expense). I had to dispute the initial charge with my CC company in order to get my money back. They DO NOT want to work with their customers, the reviews speak to this.

This company is a total SCAM I ordered a head unit from them at 547.00 over a 100.00 more than most others that were out of it, then when they sent comfirmation shown the item would not arrive in time i called within the hour to cancel it. they said it was processing for shipment and I would have to return it when I received it. this item did not even ship till almost 8 hours later.... upon receipt I shipped it back the same day never even opened the box except to cut a slit in it and include their return information. about a week later received an email saying they received my return but almost a month later still no credit.... I placed a dispute with my credit card company and they replied back with that their policy on this item was NO returns.No i have to re-file the dispute again to move foward almost 3 monthslater they have their item andI still have a billl for it.

Ordered a car stereo and when it arrived it had all parts included. Took the time to install and check the stereo but turns out it was sent broken I called for a refund and they do not help with shipping cost and do not give full refunds they take money from what paid for stocking fees and damage to Materials in the box which would’ve been in good condition if I had been able to use what I bought but the stereo I bought came broken so instead of getting a refund I cost me money on some thing I cannot use
