I worked at Pure Chiropractic for almost a year, and while there were some positive aspects, there were several challenges that made the experience less than ideal.The work environment was often overwhelming, with expectations that frequently exceeded what was initially communicated. Despite my efforts to go above and beyond in my role, recognition for hard work was rarely given, which was quite disheartening.One of the main issues I encountered was with management. My manager displayed a tendency to be very controlling, often using their position to exert power rather than ****** a collaborative atmosphere. Additionally, there were instances where ideas were taken without proper credit being given, which affected my morale.Compensation was another area of concern, as it did not adequately reflect the level of work and stress involved in the position. Furthermore, the manager's frequent use of their personal phone during work hours contributed to a lack of professional atmosphere and support.The constant pressure and fear of job security made the experience very stressful, and I hope future improvements can be made in these areas to create a more supportive and appreciative work environment.
