Date:5/22/21 approximately 10:30 am car wash damage . 5/28/21 11:48 spoke to Hope (Manager)requested vehicle color said the upper level will contact car dealer and me for info they never did. 5/31/2021 VM Response from Hope requested pictures of vehicle damage sent a text with pictures no response.6/14/21 2:21pm Left VM no response. 6/21/2021 11:00am called ask to speak to Hope .Said she was on break,took down my name and phone number.Will have her call me back,she didn’t called back this is the second time no response.
