I dont recall the first time I brought my son to get work done but it was after he had a check up and then the dentist said my son needed a bunch of work done. I brought my son in for some work, actually a lot of work and initially I hesitated to bring him back.... But one of my family members that brings her kids here said try another dentist she's great! She was very patient with my son. The dentist we initially saw, not at all, *****************. So I took a chance and had to reschedule once due to Covid 19, all good no biggie. Got the work done had to get an anesthesiologist, who doesn't work for the company.. a contractor but I had to put a deposit and then I'd pay separately for his services .Honestly it seemed rather high as far as the amount, over $1300 for an hour and a half.Before I came in I called my insurance company and found out that I could be reimbursed for this due to my son having special needs but they required this be noted on the paperwork that is submitted with the claim.Of course I made the front desk aware of this and even asked the dentist ***************** to please be sure to make notes as this was the 2nd attempt to have the work performed and the initial attempt was without anesthesia.This is a scam in my opinion, they tell you your child needs a bunch of work to charge you what they want for anesthesia because most insurance companies don't cover this cost. When you seek reimbursement, this office can't get the proper! This is 9/07, why can't I get the correct document? I'm baffled how this one paper takes so long to obtain.I've called and emailed so many times and stopped by the office only to be told that I'll have it soon, full of excuses and not once has anyone followed up with me. Staff had attitude problems, just a horrible experience with this location from day 1. ********* has no business working here since she has no patients working with children that have special needs.
