I text Epoxy Express for a quote on garage floor epoxy. 3 car garage. New house, new concrete. Ideal conditions. Adrian and I agreed on a price. Communication was excellent (before) the job. Quick responses to my questions. Adrian showed and completed job. I wasn't there. I was sent pics and noticed what "I thought" was dust or left over flakes. Adrian was paid as agreed. We stood off for a couple of days as instructed. When I did go in and check the job, I noticed it was not dust or left over flakes. Those areas you see in pictures are areas not touched. There are not flakes or sealant. It's bare concrete! I noticed inconsistency in the smoothness of the floor. If you're expecting a smooth epoxy floor throughout your garage floor, look elsewhere. I can feel it smooth in areas and can "clearly" feel the flakes protruding in other areas. It feels like there wasn't any epoxy applied in some areas. Some areas are fine, other areas not. Very little of the vertical border appears to have epoxy. You will see different color/shading showing epoxy and no epoxy. You will also see areas showing flakes protruding. There are areas with puddles of flakes, and what appears to be, NO EPOXY. There should be 2 applications of Epoxy. I'm not sure if there is 1 application in certain areas. I took pictures of problem areas and "sent them to Adrian." Good communication ended. No response at all from Adrian. I waited 5 days for a response and nothing. I would definitely go with someone else.
