My nightmare started 3/8/2022 Jason R**** came to our home to start the paperwork for sunroom add on. All Pro *** ****** View Ave. Ste *** Del *** California ***--***-**** Salesman Michael B***** did my order by phone. Told me price 34,000. Jason told me would be installing the job. Not enough time to tell anyone of thinking of hiring this guy to run and don't look back. Entire company and salesman and contractors are Frauds! Jason has so many complaints against him. Currently out 17,500.00 no sunroom. No one from company will return my calls or emails. Jason sent out father in son duo to tear down my great looking awning that we already owned. Father can't speak English. They had have California licenses. 20 year old told me he would be installing all of my electrical work. Put hanging my ceiling fans. Drop off my supplies 8/23/2022 left heavy metal brackets over my sprinklers in the back yards. Too heavy for us to relocate. My water sprinklers been shut off for for over 2 weeks. All my plants and grass is dead! City Inspector came out our plans don't match the bracket install. Smaller than its suppose to be. They wanted the rest of the money when they dropped off my supplies. Looks like maybe 10,000 of material. General Manager Jarod S**** from All Pro del mar CA promised he would refund half my deposit. He said he would mail my check. No money has been refunded. Then he back tracked. Company needs to be investigated for Fraud! Ruthless and Dishonest. Like a ponzi scheme. Over sold all of the sunrooms and left us all without our sunrooms. I asked over and over for a original dollar amount contract! Nothing! I sent letters and call and email Jason saying need a current invoice for the agreed amount against the money paid them! NOTHING! Get in touch with California State Board License and file a complaint. These folks are Pure Con Artist. Ponzi Scheme
