    Transaction Date 04/11/2024 I paid Good Energy Group $ ********* To install and supply solar panels on my house GEG is not able to turn on the solar panels, due to not having permission from Carriage Estates which is the mobile home park that I live in GEG sold me the solar panels with the promised of me not having an electric cost. As they are unable to turn on the panels, I am incurring an electric cost, which they said they would pay for, and as of today they have not lived up to their word. They should have never sold me the solar panels if they were not able to turn them on dur to not having permission from Carriage Estates to do so.

    I would like to write review about this company. From the beginning, this has been a total nightmare. We have been waiting for our solar since March, and it just got installed this past month. This is after constant problems with the electrical work done on our house. They left our job with a breaker system that is unsafe and on top of it, it looks like my 8 year old could have done a better job with the wires in the breaker box. When you question their work, Brandon gets EXTREMELY defensive and is threatening. Trust me, we have the texts to show. All we wanted was proper customer service to fix an "unsafe problem in our house that THEY created. Because Brandon is very irrational, threatening and frankly very RUDE to his customers, he decided leave the job as uncomplete and the threats continued. We now have to pay to have the breaker box be completed safely from a certified electrician. I urge anyone looking to hire Good Energy to run fast and use a company who does work that is appropriate and meets "industry standards" as Good Energy does work far from it.

It's important for us to clear up some misconceptions and provide a balanced perspective. Almost two months ago, we installed a solar system on Katy's home. However, despite passing the necessary inspections and fulfilling the stipulations of our agreement, Katy has refused to release the funds for the project. There were issues raised about damage to a Jacuzzi, but upon investigation by a professional, it was determined that the Jacuzzi's malfunction was due to a faulty sensor, unrelated to our installation. This is just one example of the many accusations. Unfortunately, Katy has also involved several electricians who have interfered with our work. Despite these difficulties, our team has consistently addressed Katy's concerns. We have responded promptly to her late-night issues and have made multiple visits to her property. However, despite our efforts and her solar system being fully operational for weeks now, Katy still refuses to release our payment. We have financial obligations related to the labor, equipment, and other costs that went into the construction of Katy's solar system. As much as we'd prefer to resolve these situations amicably, we have reached the point where we've had to consider legal options to recover the payment due to us. This is the "threat" Katy is referring to. This is not a step we take lightly, and is a last resort after exhausting all other options. This incident does not reflect our standard business practices. We hold our customers' satisfaction in the highest regard and always strive to ensure a positive experience. While we regret that our relationship with Katy has reached this point, it's important for us to also protect our business interests and uphold the contractual agreements we enter into. We appreciate the understanding and continued support of our community. We remain dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring that all our customers are satisfied.
