Our home's HVAC system is about two decades old. Unfortunately, it recently had stopped working. I tried tackling the problem myself, and I even had a few other local companies take a look. More often than not, most companies would go straight into a "brand new system pitch" without taking a second glance at what the issue was. Now, aside from the HVAC issues. We also had a slab leak... When it rains it pours right? I had used Liberty for plumbing issues in the past so I decided to have them tackle the slab leak. While planning the re-route I decided to have them also take a look at my AC system. Good thing I did. Ultimately, I had Liberty tackle both issues. The entire experience was seamless. From coordinating everything with Deanna, Jerry creating a plan for the re-route, Erick and Donnie tackling the slab leak re-route , to J*** doing what no one else could and somehow managing to get our AC system working again! Like I said earlier, when it rains it pours, and when it does its good to know that there are good, reliable, responsive, experienced honest businesses like Liberty that can help!Review from Andre S

Extremely professional company and employees from the top down. My hot water heater died on me a few days ago, and within 48 hours Liberty Plumbing replaced it with a brand new more efficient unit. Very satisfied with their installer and the service I was provided.

I had to replace my air conditioner and Jerry made my decision easy to choose him. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I received a discount for being a senior citizen and when they didn’t have to perform a certain job, my bill was instantly reduced with no issues or problems. I had a new tankless water heater and a whole house water filtration system installed two weeks ago. Jerry made recommendations that would fit my needs and discussed in detail what would be involved with the installation. The installers, Steven and Jake were conscientious, knowledgeable and professionals. Communication throughout the entire process was top notched. They even helped find the rebate for my tankless water heater. I highly recommend this company and will look to them in future projects.Review from Lezlie C

Liberty has been our go to company for any plumbing and HVAC needs. They were recommended by family and they have a way of making you feel like a part of their family too. We have met Jerry, Jake and a few other technicians over the last couple of years. Everyone from Liberty is always timely, polite, courteous and fairly priced. It gives us peace of mind that every time we've ever called, someone has and will pick up on the other end. We appreciate the military discount too.Review from Christopher S

Exceptional service more than once. They came out to rescue me this past January when my furnace died, had to order a hard to find part during pandemic. Got it done. Had them come back for inspection/tune up of whole system and to confirm needed replacement. Had them do new furnace and HVAC, and did superb job. On time, pleasant, clean, perfect job. Survived Summer without melting - new HVAC system works flawlessly. I can highly recommend them for any work needed here in Temecula area for HVAC.
