22u2 took our our business with the contractual guarantee that they'd perform to a standard and we'd see the see the results. After 6 months we have not seen any increase in our work as they agreed would happen and we are requesting a refund as contractually required for failure to perform. I can not see any benefit that they have provided and they have not provided any proof of work that was being done.Business response

Client has not provided before and after revenue records, but per our own records we saw an increase in organic keyword rankings and traffic since the client onboarded with us. 22U2 also designed and built the client a new website with significantly more content than previous website. 22U2 also provided multiple months of free service to 8760 solar. We are reaching out to the client to resolve this issue, 22U2 takes pride in the services it provides. We are requesting the client to reach out to us or answer our call to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
