    Office staff wouldn't let my 5 yr old son use the restroom. Called to make an appointment, my son had a cough.They told me to come in came into the front, April at the front desk was extremely rude. She checked me in and said what are you here for, I said my son is coughing.She became hysterical and said that I had to leave the office immediately, they would send a nurse out to do a rapid Covid test that we could not be in the facility until we tested negative.first of all when I made the appointment, no one said that we couldn't be in the office. I told her the symptoms and she told me to come in. We were in the car 10 minutes when the nurse finally came and gave my son a rapid Covid test she said it would be another 15 minutes to get the results. now in the car over 25 minutes waiting, my son says he needs to pee, I put a mask on him walked into the doctors office, April screamed across the waiting area that we couldn't be in the facility until the Covid test came up negative. I said my son needs to use the restroom. She said that my son couldnt use the restroom, she said go to Red robins. She screamed out to everyone in the waiting room that we we needed to wait to get a negative test result. I do believe that's against hippaa law Telling other patients why were there maybe I didn't want anyone to know I was getting tested for Covid. I explained to her my son was going to pee his pants sure enough he did. They called me to tell me my sons test was negative and I could come into the office. I let them know that my son already urinated in his pants and I live 25 minutes away and now I have to go change him, this place is a complete joke. I waited online to speak to the office manager for over 18 minutes when I was hung up on I called back the person who answered the phone after I called eight times was very rude to me and let me know that everyone in the office knew that I was upset about my son urinating.
