I ordered a cable from mopar mall 7 days ago and it shows the order was paid and shipped but the postal service shows they are awaiting arrival of the item so I emailed the company and have not received any reply back so Im wondering if I got scammed or not out of 83.42$Business response

The order was placed on April 11 and items were received April27.I emailed them that day with several photos, the items received didnt even match the items in the photos online that I purchased. We verified item numbers at the time of purchase. Wrong items were received.I emailed again 4/30 as I didnt get a response and on May 2 they said theyd look into it. Nothing else back. I expressed the urgency as the car is torn apart waiting now nearly a month since the initial purchase. Feels like we got hacked.Business response

I'm sorry that there was an issue. As we discussed in our emails and the voicemail that I have left, we are waiting for the correct battery tray to arrive. If you'd still like to return the battery tray kit to us, please let us know and we can get you a return label.
