On February 2, 2024, I applied for a line of credit loan with VLS Funding, enticed by their promising offers and assurances of reliable financial solutions. As part of the application process, I was charged a fee of $799 on February 9, 2024, an amount I consented to under the explicit condition and assurance from ************************* that this fee would be refunded in full should my application be declined.Regrettably, my loan application was not approved, and pursuant to the agreement and assurances provided by *************************, I requested a refund of the $799 fee. Despite repeated attempts to contact ****************** and VLS Funding to resolve this matter amicably and obtain my rightful refund, my efforts have been met with unresponsiveness, delay, and disregard for the commitment made to me.The lack of communication and refusal to honor their refund promise not only contravenes the ethical business practices expected of reputable financial institutions but also imposes an unwarranted financial strain on me as a consumer. The inaction and neglect by VLS Funding and ************************* in addressing my refund request have compelled me to seek the intervention of the Better Business Bureau to mediate and assist in resolving this dispute.I have attached pertinent documentation related to my application and subsequent correspondence with VLS Funding and ************************* to this letter for your review and consideration. I trust that the BBB will take my complaint seriously and help facilitate a fair and timely resolution to this matter. I am seeking a full refund of the $799 fee as originally agreed upon by VLS Funding and *************************.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
