  Hello, so, overall It turn out that the debt came back to my Ex-wife. The OIC was filed but We recently found out and got a letter from the IRS that the balance I had taken care of was transfer to my ex since we files taxes together on 2021. When I reach out to IRS they told me that she had to pay the balance since she was not part of the OIC. I reach out to Tax debt solution and I got a text message from Mark telling me that there was nothing to worry, that it was only a statement and that I was going to get one every year, which is not true, because I had already spoken with IRS and the Spouse becomes responsible after the facts mentioned. I highly recommend for people that will be filing this type of forms with tax debt solutions to ask questions, all these questions that they don't bother to tell you. Everything worked out, but if I add the priced I paid Tax debt solutions, the money I paid IRS and the balance that we recently received from IRS, it almost feels that there wasn't much of a debt solution. I know this review wont be liked by the owner but I have to express what it made me feel after paying all this money too, and I hope they don't call me to ask me to delete this review, like last time, because I wont do it.

  This review is bothersome, as we were successful with our work, and we are happy to respond with reiterating how important good client communication is. Were terribly sorry to hear about your frustrations regarding your ex-wife's tax debt. When you came on as a client, you informed us that you were single, and we only spoke about your debt throughout the process. You were our client and the person we were advocating for. Had we known about an ex-wife or that there was other concerns, we would have strategized differently. We were not aware that you may want to resolve your ex-wife's debt as well. Your name was the only one that appeared on the application that you reviewed and signed, and it was based on your financial situation alone. We did not have authorization to work on your ex-wife's case nor did we have authority to speak to the *** on her behalf. We also did not have any information for your ex-wife to see if she qualified for the program. A year after we successfully resolved your debt with the ***, we received an email from you stating that you had questions. We were in the process of reaching out when you stated that you paid your ex-wifes debt off and to not contact you again. We weren't given the opportunity to help resolve that, and that is frustrating, as we had already proven we could be succesful on your own account. We always strive to provide excellent customer service. We wish that we could have discussed this in more depth and been given the opportunity to resolve your ex-wifes tax debt, like we did with your successful settlement. We understand that you wish for this review to remain online, and I hope with that, the public can read how important it is to over communicate and be transparent so that we can best provide the services and results our clients desire.

  These guys are miracle workers! Because my health (back went bad) took a turn for the worse, I was not able to work enough to come up with the money I owed the *** in taxes for various years. With accumulated interests and penalties it eventually came to $12,000!!! Tax Debt Services did Great work, including with an appeal and got it reduced to $100.00!!! Wow! GREAT Work Tax Debt Services! I truly don't know what I would have done without them.
