***************************, the owner of Sac Valley Pool Service, ended his service of my pool after my complaint that his service workers did not complete service. This was not my first time complaining about this issue. When I brought this to his attention, he felt it necessary to explain to me that he knows more about pools than I will ever know." I later tried to pacify the situation by stating the issue was a small issue. I provided pictures of the service not provided and I asked for an apology for how he talked to me. I feel that this action is evidence of someone who has no scruples and poor business practice. Ultimately, I responded asking him not to take another payment from us, again since he is the one who is ending his service. However, the payment system he uses has no way to cancel a scheduled payment. Although we removed our credit card from the system, I am not assured this person will not attempt to collect another payment. The resolution I seek is that I receive written confirmation of the end of our service, ended November 1, 2023, with no payment or service pending. I would like our scheduled payment to be ended and provide verification that it has been ended. I would also like this business to assure and verify that they have erased and surrendered all personal and confidential information provided under the terms of their service.
