I am writing you today because I truly feel cheated and think *** Court should reexamine my test and perhaps the service portion in general. I passed the theory and blind tasting, but failed the service portion of my exam. I find this interesting because theory and blind tasting are the two portions with straight-forward grading. If the candidate is wrong in theory or blind tasting, their answer lies incorrect in black and white. With service, the candidate is at the complete mercy of the MS. *** court has already had issues with this dynamic in the past.When I inquired with the MS who failed me and asked him about my test he brushed me off. He was busy. People wanted to take pictures with him and he was drinking bubbles. Why would he want to hear me tell him he made a mistake?*** MS gave me about twenty seconds of eye contact, pretended to write my name down and then told me he would review my test and reach out to me. For some reason, I got the impression no was ever going to reach out.I hope you will consider reviewing my exam and accept my feedback. I've attached a copy of both tests if *** Court is interested in looking at them.
