The issue occurred when during COVID-19 I put my account on hold. I had spoken with representatives of their group and they informed me it was fine to put my account as well as my wifes on hold. I had numerous prepaid massages (101 for me and 93) for my wife on file with them. Because they cancelled my account, they wont restore nor refund those amounts. The manager said it would require manual entries and a lot of effort but I believe lied to me based on my discussions with other employees. They cancelled my account with no notification nor did they send me any communication and attempts to remedy the situation have not resulted in any resolution. They wont return my email requests for the original contract nor calls and also wont put any communication in writing.
