I am a fairly long time, consistent customer of **********************. Recently I ordered a case and received a notice that the wine would be late shipping. I sent them an email to cancel the order because we were going out of town and the wine would arrive too late. Instead of cancelling the order, they rushed the shipment so I would get it before we left! I think this is fabulous customer service and proves once again why I am a happy Wine Insiders customer!!

I accidentally clicked on the BBB icon when checking out my wine purchased and was shocked to see the current review rating of less than 2 stars. I proceeded to read the reviews to see what I've been missing, because I've been a very happy customer of Wine Insiders for more than three years. I don't go anywhere else for wine unless I'm traveling and can't take wine with me. The selection is above par and unlike other wine clubs, I can continuously order the same bottle over and over if I like it. The prices and deals they offer are better than I can get anywhere else. I'm not trapped in any kind of arrangement or contract and can use their business at my pace and leisure without obligation. The few times I had to reach out to customer service, I was completely satisfied. My phone calls were answered pleasantly and online requests were responded to within a few hours. I can't say enough about Wine Insiders and hope they never go away. All I can think about the current rating is that people often do not come to BBB to post positive reviews; usually the compelling urge to submit a review comes from a negative experience. I'm sure that if the majority of Wine Insiders' clients were prompted to review here, it would be a completely different rating.
