The nature of my dispute involves Mossy Nissan Collision Center **************************************************, Phone number: ************ not fully checking my car for damages and repairing all damages stemming from the accident my car was involved in on June 4, 2023. Their employee ****** refused to fully check my vehicle for damages and was very augmentative when He and I discussed the issue. ****** also failed to notify ****, another employee working with ******** Insurance, of the issues I stated to ******* concerning my car. I am being unfairly treated either because I am a woman or I am a black woman. The Division Manager, **************** was supposed to call me but I never hear from him.Business response
