      The nature of my dispute involves Mossy Nissan Collision Center **************************************************, Phone number: ************ not fully checking my car for damages and repairing all damages stemming from the accident my car was involved in on June 4, 2023. Their employee ****** refused to fully check my vehicle for damages and was very augmentative when He and I discussed the issue. ****** also failed to notify ****, another employee working with ******** Insurance, of the issues I stated to ******* concerning my car. I am being unfairly treated either because I am a woman or I am a black woman. The Division Manager, **************** was supposed to call me but I never hear from him.

      Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional, unreliable, ridiculous.I had a minor collision which caused some rear end damage. Not serious but clearly the bumper was miss aligned and needed to be fixed. I took the car into them for an assessment and they cheeked it over, verified with the insurance and told me to bring the car back in a week for the repair.The following Monday I took the car in. Again, they looked over all the paper, inspected and photoed the damage and told me 3-4 days. I rented a replacement. Three days later I get a call come pick up the car, we cant work on this.The car has a salvage ****** and their policy is they will not work on cars with salvage titles. Okay, I can understand that. But you reviewed all the paper work twice and it clearly says that on all the paper work.So when I questioned them on how they did not notice that for three days and why they did not notice that on ALL the documents, the direct response was, and I quote. "its not our job to inspect the car when we take them in, its your responsibility to make sure we know that. "Forgive me Mossy Collision Center, but that is your primary job and that is the ONLY job for ****, the gentleman who took the car in and reviewed the documents, twice. I am just a consumer who does not now how to navigate the world of car repairs. That's why I came to you. Now to their credit they did offer to cover the cost of the rental car for the three days I had it. Thank you for that and I do want to be fair in my review.But when you reply that you take in to many cars in order to do your job correctly I highly recommend to Mossy Collision Center that they reconsider their business structure.And I most strongly recommend to the next customer to use them to keep in mind their positions is its YOUR job to understand everything before you bring your car to them for repair. They take no responsibility for their failure to do their intake inspection correctly.
