I sold my old car to them which never never traded ownership I have received a ticket for this old vehicle I havent had since May 2022 and when I try to call the dealer they never answer the phone I have tried to call Ive had family and friends try to call and they never answer also my new car is a 2019 and within a week I needed to do work on the car.Business response

Good morning, sorry for late reply, I will like to resolve this problem, please let me know if there is any way i can do it, I missed the first email and I should have put more attention, but can you please help me explain my situation, fist vehicle trade in was transfer to the new owner on a timely basis. and about second item with check engine, vehicle was sold with *********************************************************** we always offer a 30 days warranty in all our vehicles, she never contacted me on that time in fact customer owes the dealership a deferred down payment that she never paid. Still on this time there is a $300 balance to our dealership for the deferred payment wich I will be happy to waive because of the inconvenience of the customer taking the car to ****** to repair what ever it needs since vehicle still under factory warranty. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to solve this issue. Thank you.
