Event occurred on 09/01/2023 Work performed was decent as best- see photos. TINT as well as new stereo installed was poorly done. Damage to driver side door and bubbling on window. This store is 30 min from my work (with no traffic) and an hour from my home. So when I went there initially to get a quote I was hoping I would only have to show up one more time for the work to be done. Before driving there, I mapped it out and it was going to take 51 minutes from my work due to heavy traffic, CAL, assured me that it wouldn't take that much time because he was able to do it in 30 min. Apple Maps rarely lies, so I have him the benefit of the doubt which was a mistake, an hour later, I show up the shop which to his credit, and only credit, agreed to wait for me even if the shop closed.He quoted me for all work, tinted windows, and new stereo. Gave me a discount on the front windshield of 50 dollars. I was told, happily, if I dropped the car off at 8:30 I would be able to get my car by "1-2pm". ****, the owner I believe, also agreed to even let me use his new truck to get back to work. So I show up as promised at 8:30 and Cal was late opening the store by **** minutes... so I drop off my car and get I to the truck, which was on E. I barely had enough gas to make it to work, and had to use my own time filling up their tank, which they reimbursed me for. Calling in to find out if it's going to be done around the time they told me, they said it was going to be a while longer, I am using my lunch hour for this, so it prolongs my hunger as well... 2.5 hours later they have my car ready, but weren't able to get my windshield finished... so they said I would have to come back which I am not prepared to do given the distance and time. I Uber part time, so my time literally is money, money I lost out on. ****, agreed to simply refund me the windshield I had already paid for and the gas. Refunded me 200 dollars for the windshield, but I think it should have been 250 for wasting my time, and still extending the deal to other stereo work that was done or the other glass tints that made it worth my time to even going there in the first place. Update- don't go here, they will not honor warranty and refuse to do business with me even though they damaged my brand new car door.Business response

This customer here is targeting small businesses on Yelp and making false accusations and statements on behalf of our work quality we do believe *********************** is submitting fraudulent claim with his auto insurance there is a current on going investigation on this crime because he has made two different claims on two different damages on his vehicle and 3 weeks apart we believe this person should be punished and will be pursuing his false fraudulent claim and also we made several attempts to reach out to him and he ignores our phone calls
