I contacted True tent two weeks ago to put tent on a used car I had purchased, I made my appointment at 8am and **** the owner was to meet me at my cousins house who has a garage he was over a half an hour late, and when he got there he informed me that the car had old tent on the windows and that I had to pay an additional price to remove the tent which I was fine with after he finished my car he informed me that the tent was under warranty for a lifetime for fading and coming off of the window as well as the install **** told me it would take 3 to 4 days to dry and at that point if I saw any imperfections just to give him a call and hed be more than happy to come out and redo it, after three days I noticed that there was some imperfections in the back window as well as the side window I contacted **** who agreed to come back out to my cousins garage and redo the tent, of course that was after I had sent him pictures of the imperfections **** was to meet me at 8 AM and was late again once he got there he looked at the tent and said he didnt know how he missed that, then he started to say that there were conditions in the garage that caused the Application of the 10 to look at the way that it did which I informed him that there was nothing in the garage to cause any condition then he proceeded to say that it was the glue from the old tent then he said he thought he could smooth it out which ended up making it look worse, when I asked him just to redo the tent he continued with the excuses I told him it was under warranty which clearly he was trying not to honor because he was too lazy to take the tent off of the window, .**** is a Liar and should understand how to treat his customers or he shouldnt be in this business, if you see this guy run for the hills he cheated me out of $350 and I have no warranty. True Tints by **** Brewer stole from me and I wont forget it
