Hello,I purchased base shoe from Sid's carpet barn in February 2023. In August, after receiving and installing the product I reached out because this product was defective. I have been trying to work with ****** for a YEAR trying to get a refund since this product disintegrated and broken immediately after installation. He has kept putting me off, telling me he would contact the rep for the product. I have been messaging him monthly to get this resolved. I want a full refund for this and he has ignored me.Business response

We have tried to contact this customer more than once since July 1, 2024, but we have not heard any response back. Messages have been left to call ***************. The salesman at the ************ location made a mistake in writing up our order, resulting in the wrong floor covering being installed at our La Jolla condo.Then they tried to blame me for the error because I signed the estimate.How was I supposed to know they had put the wrong part number on our order?I let the crew in over my lunch break and when I got home from work they had installed the wrong flooring in the bathroom and kitchen.Business response
