I received a 3-year maintenance plan. When I contacted a different Volkswagen service department in ****** to speak to them about a maintenance appointment, I was informed that they gave me the incorrect plan. *** vehicle already had over ****** miles on it when I purchased it, so I should have received the plan for ******, ******, and ****** miles. *** plan they gave me started at ****** miles, so it could not be used because that car already had passed that mileage.Dublin Volkswagen told me to contact the sales department at Winn Volkswagen and ask them to correct it and give me the correct maintenance plan. *** sales department will not return my call, so it can not be corrected.Initial Complaint

I bought an 2023 ID.4 car form WinVW **********, I did a trade in and they were supposed to pay off the remainder of the loan I have with ********************** this has not happened, I got billed for the next regular payment from ********************** I am almost going to get billed again for the next payment and I can't get a resolution from Win VW, I've been talking to ******** who is the ***** manager and he only gives lies and never responds to emails, only text messages. I would like for WinVW to complete the paper of the contract and pay off the remaining balance on the trade in and reimburse me with the $297.17 that I had to pay. I would humbly need help from BBB to solve this since I can't get any solution from WinVW.Initial Complaint

I went in with a check from my credit union for the purchase of a vehicle. I was working with ************************* when ********* (Manager/Finance) came over. He told me that I was required to sign an application and get a credit check, in case the check from my bank (Navy ********************* did not clear. He also said that even though I was giving the check to Winn Volkswagen, I would not be able to take the vehicle with me until the check cleared.I called the credit union and was informed that it was not true because I had already done an application with them, they had done the credit check, and my loan had been approved. The representative told me that I should not do the application, or allow another hard pull on my credit.I told *********, and send ***** to the back to reiterate that I did not want an unnecessary hard pull on my credit.I did not give authorization for a credit check. It was not needed due to the fact that I had a check from my bank. A few moments later, my phone alerted me that a hard pull had just been done by Winn Volkswagen after I had just told 2 people not to do it.****, their manager came out, and said there "must have been a misunderstanding".I left, and when I returned the next day, I asked all 3 of them to make sure that they contacted the credit reporting bureau and inform them that an unauthorized hard pull was done and that it should be reversed. I showed them documentation that it could be done.********* said that he knew how to do it, and would take care of it. I asked if they had done it, and ********* said he hadn't gotten around to it.
