On October 6th, 2022, I dropped off my car at Zippin Out Auto repair to repair damages caused by an accident out in the ***** while on a backpacking trip. Long story short, my AAA auto insurance wouldn't pay for the repairs since the vehicle I had purchased 5 weeks before the accident was not added to my AAA insurance. So it was a mistake that started it all. At the time, I just needed my car fixed, so without thinking, I agreed to pay him ****** dollars just for parts so the shop could get the vehicle moving first before repairing the cosmetic damage. In any case, ***** and I agreed to finish the car in two months (12/06/22). Now it has been over three months. He will not confirm nor deny purchasing parts I have paid for already. ***** will not provide me with a detailed bill either for me to see what exactly Im paying for. I have all the documents and proof of all money transactions. *********************, who is either the son of the owner or the owner himself, won't answer my calls and nor will he respond to my text messages. Last month I went over Zippin Out Auto Services, and I asked ********************* to give me my refund and let me tow my car to a **************. Still, ***** flat-out refused to provide me with a refund or allow me to tow my vehicle to another repair shop. ********************* has confiscated my vehicle and won't refund me my ****** dollars. On top of that, he called me to pay him ****** dollars in addition to the ****** dollars I have already paid if I want to take my car to a **************. I did not sign anything this far with *****. I need somebody to help me with this, please.
