Awhile ago I had my tub refinished with your acrylic based liner. I was told by the sales representative that cleaning the new tub was effortless, using a solution of cider vinegar mixed with equal parts of water. I have tried this, along with other cleaners recommended by your company and none of them work effectively. I find your product claims to at the minimum misleading, and even fraudulent. I have reported this to the local branch here and all I get is a run around. First they send out an installer to look at the situation. This was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. He brought with him a cleaner that I was told only the installers have access to. And yes, what he used was more effective than the cider water option, but apparently this is not available to customers. According to *************************, this cleaner is used by the installers when they put in the new liner. ******* then put me in touch with *********************, a newly hired manager. He took some pictures and said he would get back to me with a solution. I never heard back from ****, so I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. Last week I get a call from *************************, not from someone at your corporate office. After I reminded him who I was, he in short said that there was nothing Bath Fitter was going to do. The product does not perform as advertised, and their life time warranty seems meaningless. I would give them zero stars if that were an option.
