      Bath fitter came out in October of this year two of there installers came out to my home to re install my shower walls and tub after they left I noticed that they had ripped my window screen to the bathroom and said nothing to me I emailed pictures to the manager he said he would investigate the situation he said bath fitters would pay for my ripped screen but I haven't heard anything from him I have emailed him several times but he has ignored all of my emails still haven't heard anything from this company I paid close to $ ***** for this bathroom shower installation

      The manager ***************** spoke with is no longer at **** Fitter, which is why communication with Bath Fitter has been an issue.       On June 24,2022, I signed a credit authorization for a deposit of $211 with a final payment of $1901 to be processed upon completion of installation with project consultant *************************** from Bath Fitters of Newark, ** *****. After several months passed, I called the local office and left a message regarding a time frame for installing the mold over tub (fits over my existing tub).Some calls were answered and others I left messages. On 11/7/22, I called the corporate office to voice my complaint. On 11/15/22, I again left a message for **** whose voice mail was full but I did speak to ******* to forward the message. In the interim 3 technicians attempted to install the mold with no success,1 injured himself and 1 managed to knock a large hole in the wall and 1 didnt install the tub closure correctly and water damaged the carpet and wood table below the bathroom. Finally technician *************************** finished installing the mold. Another issues 1 te hi *** who repaired the hole walked sheet rock dust on my hardwood floors and left embedded white dust I cant remove. The water damage was reported but nothing was done about it and when I had the rug removed for cleaning the red color from the rug dyed my wall to wall carpet. So now I am left with a dyed carpet, white spots on my mahogany table, plaster dust embedded in the wood floor and no one to hold responsible. Please help me.       I signed April 21, 2022 to get my bath tub and shower lined with Bathfitters (Newark ********** location). They took my deposit with a 6-8 week turnaround, and warned there may be a slight delay because of supply chain issues.It has now been 4 months (today is August 23, 2022) with only one contact from Bathfitters, informing me that my drain has to be moved, and they recommended someone to use. They stated that there would be no added charge, but when I called the sub contractor he was told it would be cash up front from **** tried for two weeks to call to get clarification on this issue, finally having to call the national sales number to get transferred to the Navato location I am dealing with. I was told I would get a call back with in a couple of hours. It has been two weeks.Phone calls voice mail still goes unanswered.

      to whom it may concern i bought this product for my home in 2013 on the basis of there warranty and the the bath tub liner has been a nightmare ever since installed i had the tubs replaced 3 times and countless service calls to drain the tub because it would get water in the liner and cause it to bubbles now they don't want to answer my calls our respond to fix the problem now there blaming my tile and grout for water getting in and goes down into the tub simply false there's nothing wrong with my tile and grout as i already had somebody inspect it and they told me its the tub not the tile and grout and there just not wanting to fixed anymore as they told that I'm on my own this is totally undetectable this company has fasley lied to me and there product is defective and they need to honor there work and warranty of life time as long as i own the house every time a technician comes to my house tells me its the tub and recently they were here on july 1st 2022 and agian he told me its the tub that someone was going to get back to to fix and that never happens i been calling them and they don't want to help me i am sick and tired of all there excesses they need to fix the problem what i can say about this company they will do everything now to not fix my tub as right now it has air bubbles and water in tub i have only 1 bathroom and 4 kids and 3 adults living in my home this totally a inconvenience every time there product fails

      On July 20, 2021 bath fitters came to install the bath/shower combo.Our cost for this remodel was $9,061.00.9/29/21, water began leaking through my ceiling, walls and French doors downstairs. BF was called, they sent out plumber (Roto Rooter)who diagnosed cracked bathtub drain.Reported this back to BF, who then sent out their own workers to fix pipe and paid the plumber diagnostic **** $150.00.A insurance claim was opened.since, have been unable to get ahold of anyone w/ BF.I was told by ******* w/ BF that they would be responsible for all damages including mitigation services.no one has provided this in writing.I have contacted the national BF and keep being referred to supervisor ****** who has never returned a call (8 messages and 2 emails sent to her).They refuse to send me my BF file.I now am forced to have home insurance involved, missed work for mitigation,PGE 300% increase on **** and a deductible w/ insurance.I have photos, names,dates and times.I have failed to resolve
