This is the second time i have sent a complaint i had a problem with my mouse and i called the company which was logitec they could not do anything and transferred me to one of your partners he said i had to join which was $2 i said no problem but when i had a look at my account he had taken out without my permission $69.00 dollars i know it does not sound much you just dont do that to anyone especially a pensioner all i want is a refund why does it take weeks for you to refund a big company like yourself Hope to here from you soonBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: Yes there were two companies involved as i said right from the beginning only The ring team has paid back what they took but bbb have not why dont you do the right thing and pay me back i am a widow trying to make ends meet and just trying to get help and hit me in the face
