I recently had a terrible experience with Mazda customer experience service after purchasing a brand-new Mazda CX-5 from Fremont Mazda in **********. Just a week after the first service at around 3500 miles, my car broke down on the freeway due to an overheat warning. I took vehicle to the nearest service center (****** Mazda, **********) for inspection. They are claiming that mud and gravel inside the car damaged the drive belt, which caused the problem. However, I only drove the car on common city roads and freeways, and I expect Mazda cars to be reliable and have protection systems underneath to prevent stones from entering the engine cabinet. The service center shows me a picture of outside influence (attaching here for reference), which looks like loose gravels in road in recent rain in **********. . My concerns are.1.The car should be protected from this kind of mud or rock entering inside on normal roads 2.The service team would have informed me about this upcoming damage, since they have seen the mud while doing the service. They didn't guide me on cleaning it up or the next steps. I requested them initially to do a thorough check up of internals while giving it for service, they promised everything is good on returning the car after service. They said that they didnt find any problem anywhere. I trusted the verdict. Now when I faced with problem , they are saying that the maintenance cost is not covered by warranty, and the service department is claiming that the damage was caused by an outside influence, despite the fact that I gave them a car in good condition. They are also refusing to share the video that they took when I brought the car in for service, which raises suspicions about their competence and transparency. The service department's lack of concern for my safety and their reluctance to take responsibility for their mistakes is unacceptable. Having a brand-new car break down in the middle of a freeway is both frustrating and frightening.3.I approached Mazda customer experience center and raised this concern on getting my maintenance covered within warranty , but they are not ready to do it warranty and going with service center feedback.4.I am worried about the diagnosis of the root cause of this problem. ****** Mazda initially told that drivebelt has a problem, then I agreed on changing it , after couple of hours they are saying that pulley system under drive belt also needs to be changed. This much whole damage caused in less than *****************************************************************I am deeply worried about the health and maintenance of the car and denial of justice I have received. I paid $35,000 plus tax for a new vehicle and prepaid the routine service amount upfront, but now I am getting poor service and being denied coverage under warranty. I humbly request a transparent intervention in this matter and guidance on getting justice.

I asked to see a pre-certification inspection report for a CPO vehicle I was interested in buying. I was sent what looked like a generic report with all the meets standard boxes checked except for one, but there was no information identifying the vehicle in the report. When I inquired about this, I was told the info was on another page and he would send it to me the next day. At this point, I was skeptical, but still giving the benefit of the doubt. The next day, I was told the vehicle had sold the previous day, which seemed odd but possible. Days go by, I still see the vehicle listed. So, I inquired if the vehicle was still available. The same guy responds and says its available. Im definitely not shopping there. They missed a sale.
