    This is apparently a restaurant delivery service similar to DoorDash or GrubHub. A restaurant website directed me to this delivery service. I signed up for an account with them in order to be able to order delivery from my chosen restaurant. I placed an order on 12/11/2021 at 6:01pm. At 7:13pm I received a text from this company informing me that I would need to go pick up my food at 7:43. Considering that I was charged a $5.99 delivery fee (not to mention that I was unable to leave to pick up the food due to sleeping children), I texted back asking for clarification and reminding the company that I paid for and expected delivery. They did not respond. I tried calling at least 20 times, but never got a live person. I left a message which went unanswered. I sent 3 emails which also went unanswered. I called the restaurant and asked them to try to help me contact this company, but they told me they couldn't get in touch with this company either and that my food had been sitting waiting for this company (or me) to pick it up for 90 minutes. I explained that I could not go pick up the food and that the order would have to be canceled. I emailed this company one more time asking for the order to be canceled and the charge reversed. This did not happen. I was charged $97.05 for an order that never arrived. 4 days later I still have not heard from this company. Total scam.

    We ordered food on December 6 totally over $75 which included a delivery fee. The money was taken out of my account at 3:30 PM. At around 5:06 PM. I got a phone call saying that the order was picked up and it would be delivered. Therefore, I took my insulin in preparation for my dinner with my family. By 530 there was nothing by 6pm there was nothing and not until 620pm did we finally get another phone call from them asking if the food had come. The food had not yet come and I told them that I was unable to get through on the phone number to their company and reach anybody, I was only able to leave voicemails. I was told that somebody would call me back and they apologized. We never got a phone call back that night. I called the next day and they told me that they were told that somebody had picked up a second order of food because the food was remade and therefore they were not going to refund any money. Not only did we not pick up the food , because it is a 30 minute walk, but also we we were out a delivery fee and with my diabetes I was put into an uncomfortable situation that I had to remedy at home with peanut butter and jelly after I paid $75 for a delicious meal for me and my family. This is by far the worst ordering system. I am still calling them trying to get this resolved to this day, and I have not seen a ***** of my money back.
