We ordered food on December 6 totally over $75 which included a delivery fee. The money was taken out of my account at 3:30 PM. At around 5:06 PM. I got a phone call saying that the order was picked up and it would be delivered. Therefore, I took my insulin in preparation for my dinner with my family. By 530 there was nothing by 6pm there was nothing and not until 620pm did we finally get another phone call from them asking if the food had come. The food had not yet come and I told them that I was unable to get through on the phone number to their company and reach anybody, I was only able to leave voicemails. I was told that somebody would call me back and they apologized. We never got a phone call back that night. I called the next day and they told me that they were told that somebody had picked up a second order of food because the food was remade and therefore they were not going to refund any money. Not only did we not pick up the food , because it is a 30 minute walk, but also we we were out a delivery fee and with my diabetes I was put into an uncomfortable situation that I had to remedy at home with peanut butter and jelly after I paid $75 for a delicious meal for me and my family. This is by far the worst ordering system. I am still calling them trying to get this resolved to this day, and I have not seen a ***** of my money back.

The ***************** that I ordered from directed me to Mealhi5 for online ordering for pickup. As I was arriving to the restaurant, Mealhi5 called me and notified me that the order was not processed. I responded that I was already at the restaurant and asked Mealhi5 to cancel my online order as I would just order in person. After I paid for my meal in person, Mealhi5 charged me a second time for the meal. I paid twice for a single meal. They are stealing outright from everyone that is duped into using their service. I cannot understand how they are the default online order service for a restaurant that also uses DoorDash, Ubereats, Postmates, etc.

Should be no stars. Total scam. In the past, this was an ok company. Now they are taking delivery fees and not delivering or responding. I ordered this for delivery. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes I called customer service and was put on hold by the automated system only then to be transferred to a voicemail saying sorry no one's available to take your call. **************************************************************** to come to pick up the food that I had ordered to be delivered. He said ********* never sent anyone to pick it up (and rarely does) There's no way to track it on the app and so I had to unexpectedly drive to the restaurant to pick it up. I have been emailing and calling with only 1 automated ticket reply in 8 days. Cannot reach a person.

This site is a scam! I ordered pick up from them for Grill Kabob at the mall thinking that I was saving the restaurant fees instead of using the well-known food delivery apps, and theyre not legitimate. I went to pick up my food, and the employees told me that they dont use this site. I dont know how they were able to get the preferred delivery site designation on ****** to continue tricking customers. I opened a case with PayPal for my dinner charges.

0 stars. Same thing happened to me and no of course I couldn't pick up the food, that's why I ordered DELIVERY!!! Demanded a refund and still nothing over one month later. These guys need to go to prison.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order through them for us to pickup but they never (according to the restaurant) put the order through. The only reason i used them is because they were listed as "preferred" by the resaturant's website. They have no phone number available on their website and have not responded to my email complaint except to issue a "trouble ticket" with no contact info or resolution date. We waited over an hour at the restaurant to pick up, but were finally informed they didn't have the order at all.

Scam. They steal money for no services provided. How is this legal?!

SCAM. I ordered food well before closing time for the restaurant and hours later we never received our meal. We reached out 5 or 6 times trying to get a refund given we never received our meal but were charged. We feel scammed. They are unresponsive, didn't process the refund. Stay away from this company as you can see there are many complaints. We will now need to file a chargeback.

DON'T USE. They are a completely shady non-responsive company! Ordered food delivery and they called me 45 mins later to say I needed to pick it up MYSELF. I told them they needed to pick it up & deliver. The rep said they would call me back and they never did. No food delivered either. I left 2 voicemails for them & emailed them. Still no response the next day. I just filed a PayPal claim get my money back.

SCAM. They take order and then call and say they are the restaurant and the delivery boy didn't come and you have to pick up. They hope you don't ask for delivery fee, but even if they do return that THEY POCKET ANOTHER FEE FOR PLATFORM THAT IS COMBINED WITH THE *** ON FOOD. A delivery service that doesn't have any delivery people. Countless complaints on diff websites, all the same. They don't actually deliver food. They are redflagged at PayPal.
