I purchased an at-home laser hair removal device from ********************, for $499 in 2020. The device is now defective, due to an issue with the battery that the company did not inform me of. **************** stated that battery maintenance was required of me; however, this was NEVER communicated to me as a user of the product. Now I have a defective device, with no offer of a replacement part or item. If a product has a known defect, it has to be addressed, and not continue being sold without any communication of such issues to the consumer. I believe what the company is doing is a money grab. They dont care that they are selling a product with a known defect; they just offered me a 15% coupon to buy another product. As if I would ever!Initial Complaint

Bought this product in july 2021. Their product stopped charging abruptly and customer service asked to reset the device which has worsened the situation since now if you try to charge it keeps beeping forever! They refuse to do anything about it. I need a refund since they had promised it would work for much longer but it did not.Order number *******Initial Complaint

I purchased Tria Eye Wrinkle Correcting Laser from Amazon on October 7, 2020. The laser stopped working 5 months later. It would not hold a charge. I contacted Amazon for a resolution and Amazon referred me to Tria Beauty for a resolution. Upon contacting Tria Beauty April 2021, I was told that it was still under warranty and they would send me out a new one. I received a second one May, 2021, this one would hold a charge, but there was no sensation coming from the laser. It would run, but the purple light would never come on, indicating the laser was operating. I contacted Tria in Nov. and I received a third one Jan. 2021. This one worked the first couple of sessions and then the laser stopped working again. I contacted Tria and they sent me a fourth one Feb. 2022. This fourth one will not charge, or run. I contacted Tria on Feb. 26, 2022. The representative's name was ***** and she said that she didn't understand why I keep getting a replacement of laser that had been DISCOUNTINUED. She stated that she would check into it and call me back on Fri., Feb. 26, 2022. I never heard back from her. I called back on March 1, 2022 and spoke with ******** and she said stated that they were still waiting on a response from corporate. Thirty minutes later I get a call back from *****, that I spoke to on Fri., Feb. 26, 2022. ***** explained that the laser had been discontinued and there were no more left and they wouldn't send another replacement. She also stated, that since so much time has gone by since I purchased it, my warranty had expired. What??? I have had three replacements since my initial purchase, and no fault of my own, each replacement has been defective. You can't start the warranty from the original purchase that was returned, you start the warranty from the last replacement. Then she went on to say, that there was, "NOTHING THEY CAN DO." I asked to speak to management and she said that management had made the decision and there wasn't anyone to speak with.Initial Complaint

I purchased a "Tria Hair Removal Laser 4X Graphite / Standard" for $488.85. The product never worked properly. I attempted to use it less than 20 times. I never saw any results, and it never functioned as advertised. In less than 20 uses it stopped turning on. When I called customer service to troubleshoot this issue, I was told that this happens frequently and it probably was a faulty battery. They said that they do not offer battery replacement, product replacement or any other resolution other than 10% off a new purchase. This was an expensive product that never worked and no reasonable solution was provided.Initial Complaint

I bought a laser in 6/2021 for ****** It arrived in late June. It stopped working within a month. It doesn't hold a charge long enough to activate.I called the customer service number on numerous days, and it didn't connect to anything. There wasn't a message, or a person at the other end. It rang, picked up, and was silent.I tried to email the customer service email address and got this in response;Mail Delivery Subsystem Sep 10, 2021, 6:31 PM Delivery incomplete There was a temporary problem delivering your message to ************************************************* Gmail will retry for 47 more hours.
