      I received an item purchased for me from this company. After around 8 months of use after purchase, the item stopped working. I filed an online request with the company to inquire about my warranty and to request the item to be repaired or replaced. I corresponded back and forth with their customer service between July 3 and August 29, 2023, answering all of their questions, without receiving any response as to whether they could honor my warranty and replace the item. The customer service stopped responding to my emails on August 12. I sent a follow-up email on August 29 without any response. This company has not communicated adequately with me or provided sufficient response in my request for clarification on my warranty and their ability to replace my item per the product warranty.

      I ordered custom in ear monitors from Ultimate Ears Pro but the company had an issue with my fit kit and they never resolved the fit kit issue and in turn never completed my order. They have an automated system of communication and they do not return emails or calls despite claims through their website support page. I have called and emailed countless times over months trying to resolve the issue but my attempts to contact are never returned. Right now I have $943.20 that I gave to ultimate ears and did not receive my order. I requested a refund and have not heard back from anyone at the company. They do not respond to anything. Their support puts me on hold when I call or I get a different department who cant help me and they cant transfer me directly. So I call the next number which I was given and the same lack of action happens. For months I have tried to get a resolve and for months I have gotten nothing.
