      I placed an order on 25-Sep-2023 through ******** to purchase a customized T-Shirt. I have not been contacted either by email or US Mail regarding the placement of the order. However, my credit card was charged. I sent an email to the support email mentioned on their website on 27-Sep-2023 indicating to them that I never received a confirmation email and in the email I included a screenshot of the charge to my credit card. An email cannot be placed through their website because an order number is required of which I never received. I have not heard anything back - no email - no order number. On 3-Oct-2023, I sent another email asking for an update. Again, I have not heard anything back - no email - no order number.I would like to have a refund back to my credit card.

      I asked my daughter to help me order a Christmas gift for my wife from husbandoffamily.com. The order number that was provided to us is RL-*****-***** and is attached to my daughter's email address *********************** I found this company on ******** offering personalized products for sale. I selected the Your First Kiss - 11X14 - Black Floating Frame Canvas Print, and my daughter placed the order for me. The address that it was shipped to by the company did not have the ** Box attached to the street number as required in our town for mail delivery and the item has been bouncing around the **** shipping network since November 25. I have been trying since then to contact this company according to their guidelines to request support, but I keep getting the same automated email apologizing for the delay and assuring me that the package has shipped. I have tried filing a request for a refund, but the request tells me that my order number (RL-*****-*****) is not a valid order number even though I have copied it number for number in the exact format requested from emails that this company has sent to me and from the tracking assistance form that does recognize the order number. Also when I look at their refund guidelines, they have no recourse for customers that never receive packages. According to their company web-site the only refunds offered are for incorrect or materially defective merchandise that is reported within 14 days of the receipt of the order, but there is no recourse for refund if the product never arrives or is shipped to the incorrect or an incomplete address. I have search their website for a customer service number or any phone number attached to the business, but there is no phone number listed either. I have even tried contacting them by email at ******************************** but have received no response other then the automated emails.
