I purchased a convertible sofa from ******* two years ago, manufactured by Lifestyle Solutions. I reached out to them recently because the sofa has begun to fall apart. The springs are sticking up, protruding through the stuffing to the top of the cushion, and the fabric has started to tear open, leaving a hole where you can see the stuffing. As I explained in my multiple emails to ***********************************, the sofa is only used by me, as I live alone, and I provided photo proof that otherwise the sofa has been treated well. No stains, or any other damage. A sofa, that I paid over $800 for should not be falling apart in TWO YEARS. The response by ******* was that the warranty is for one year, basically saying that there is nothing they can do about it. They are selling shoddy, poor-quality, furniture that doesn't last two years and won't do anything to rectify the situation when you reach out to them. This is unacceptable. I would expect them to try to make it right and not just dismiss my concerns as 'well, it's out of warranty'. I am owed a replacement or at least a substantial discount to replace it. Although, I would not want to purchase anything else from this company if this is how they treat customers. Now I'm stuck with a sofa with a hole in the cushion that keeps getting bigger, and springs sticking me in my behind when I sit. And now I'll have to spend money on buying another better quality sofa, which I wasn't planning on having to do in two years, nor have the funds to do. Beware of this company and their poor quality furniture.
