The towing company unlawfully charged me for towing, which includes:- A full day of storage fee of $110. We followed the towing vehicle and get the car back almost immediately. (The completion time was 21:15). The payment time is 21:37 as indicated in the receipt minus off the time we spent for negotiation. - The towing company allowed only the a female member of the family into their payment room, forcefully forbid the rest of the friends and family to witness the payment process, and threatened the female car owner to pay the overpriced list of fees with harassing behaviour. - The towing company charged $125 gate opening fee, which is unexplained and not defined anywhere.

On May 6 or 7. I was assisting my son for a **uple days. He has temp disability. He cant drive due to foot injury. I parked my vehicle in handicap stall at my apartment **mplex where I have an authorized sticker to park. The tow **mpany illegally towed my car. The stall states that cars will be fined $250. There was no attempt to **ntact me. The **mplex manager states that the **mplex has no authority over towing. They didnt give permission to tow. They have stated. Therefore my car was stolen. I was forced to pay the tow ** to get my car. I **uldnt take my son to his drs appointment in time. He had to make other ac**mmodations. *** states that cars can park in areas for handicap if you are assisting a person with disability. The **mpany refused to listen and demanded that I show proof of ownership. This was a demeaning and belittling experience. And I want them to be held ac**untable return my $ and show more integrity. This was an extortion of $ and very stressful. I was not given a chance to prove my right to park there. Therefore our rights were violated. I will provide documentation if requested by bbb about the disability. Due to privacy and added stress. I will not involve my son unless necessary this has been a stressful ordeal. Due to his temp disability. He is unable to fully provide for his family. Location of tow **. ************** in **********

Date 06/21/2024 Despite my vehicle being legally parked as I was in the process of moving into my residence, All Brauns Towing Inc. chose to tow my car abruptly and without reasonable cause. There were no visible signs indicating restricted parking or warnings of impending towing. All Brauns Towing *** was an absolute nightmare. They towed my vehicle without any warning or justification while I was actively unloading my belongings at my new residence. There were no visible signs indicating restricted parking or any notice given. To make matters worse, retrieving my car from their impound lot cost me a hefty sum of $550, which I had to pay under duress. Their staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, showing no remorse for their predatory actions.I attempted to resolve the issue directly with them, but they were dismissive and unresponsive to my concerns. It's clear that customer service and ethical business practices are non-existent at All Brauns Towing Inc.I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company. They engage in predatory towing practices, exploit their customers with exorbitant fees, and lack basic decency in their dealings. Save yourself the trouble and find a towing service that respects its customers and operates with integrity.

I am writing to formally file a complaint against All Brauns Towing for engaging in predatory towing practices. On 14 June 2024, my vehicle, a ***** Civic, was wrongfully towed from ********************************************************************************, while I was having dinner at my friends house. The nearest no parking sign was 0.3miles away, and I was charged an excessive fee of $550 to retrieve my vehicle.Despite the lack of clear signage and the questionable justification for the tow, I was forced to pay this exorbitant amount to get my car back. I believe this practice is both unethical and illegal under Californias towing regulations. Additionally, I have noted that All Brauns has a significant number of negative reviews and complaints on ******* indicating a pattern of similar predatory practices.I request that the BBB investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address these unfair and predatory practices. Thank you for your attention to this issue.Sincerely,

Incident Details:1.Location and Timing: At midnight on June 9, 2024, our car was towed in front of my house in our neighborhood. The street was not marked as a fire lane. 2.Interaction with Tow Truck Driver: When we saw our car being towed, my husband and I immediately approached the tow truck driver to inform him that we were present and ready to move the vehicle. My husband had his hands on the car, clearly indicating our intent to comply.3.Drivers Response: Despite our communication and physical presence, the tow truck driver ignored us, sped off with our car, and drove recklessly through the neighborhood. This behavior not only ignored our rights but also posed a significant safety risk to the community. Our Concerns:Improper Towing Practices: The drivers refusal to release our car despite our presence and his reckless driving are unacceptable and likely against towing regulations.Safety Risks: The manner in which the driver sped through our neighborhood was dangerous and could have resulted in accidents or harm to residents.Desired Outcome:1.Investigation and Accountability: We hope that the BBB investigate this incident and hold All Brauns Towing accountable for their actions.2.Policy Review and Compliance: Ensure that All Brauns Towing reviews and complies with legal towing practices and prioritizes the safety and rights of individuals.3.Communication and Resolution: Facilitate communication between us and the towing company to address this issue promptly and fairly. We trust that the BBB can assist in resolving this matter and ensuring that such practices do not continue. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue.

Got to the location (this is at 8pm at night) rep told me that there will be a charge for storage fee even though it was not left over night. Did not break down the cost. After I paid I notice there is a service fee due to picking it up after hour. I complaint about it, rep did not offer any refund. Ask me to file a complaint. File a complaint to them via email and no response and this was a month ago.

This towing company is practicing predatory towing by contracting with residential apartments to scout at night time when residents are sleeping and towing without 24 hour notice. We pay every month to park in the garage that is only accessible by residents who have a key. Yet, this towing company has been towing cars without notice from this garage.

Illegitimate towing practices by ****************** Towing occurred on 12/10/2023 at 10pm in ******,**. Shockingly, there were no visible signs indicating that parking was not allowed in the area. I have photo and video evidence documenting the entire incident, and I can confirm that the towing occurred without proper justification. The tower towed my car in front of my eyes, and it's not right to tow someone's car when the owner is already outside. I was appalled by the rude and confrontational behavior of All ******* staff. It was evident that their primary focus was on extracting money rather than following proper procedures and adhering to ethical standards. Numerous reports in the neighborhood indicate a pattern of similar behavior. Considering potential predatory towing, I am exploring legal action and file complaints. Seeking advice on the possibility of a class action lawsuit due to the widespread nature of the issue.
