I hired Inside Car Guys dealership to find a Toyota Tacoma for me. They said they found one at an auction and told me to wire them 16,500.00 immediately in January 2024. Then invoiced me 2,900.00 for transport fees. I have never seen this truck. I still do not have this truck. They now say they have done 3,000 worth of work on the truck and want that money. I never approved that work. I want a refund. They are not cooperating with me, yet they have all my money. Now they want another 1,000 to sell the truck for me plus the 3,000 of work they say they did. I don't know what work, I've never seen the truck.

I bought the car through verizon.truecar.com and was contacted by the dealership (inside car guys). I spoke with D**** Watson. The date was 1/31/24. This car was advertised as having no accident history, it even included the carfax report. D**** was great at first. We went over the online quote and he assured me that my quote was correct for both the vehicle and shipping price. I gave a $500 down payment and notified D**** that I'd call back on friday, 2/2/24. On 2/2/24 I called in and was assigned to Johnny Flores as my sales person. He tried to over charge me and I had to argue with him about his service and price. After asking for a refund on my downpayment, he buckled and lowered the price back down to the original quote. I signed the contract on 2/2/24, the payment was made on 2/5/24. They said they couldn't send the car until I signed the paper work which took about a week due to shipping. I was told by a rep named Brian that they wouldn't be able to ship the car until the rain settled down cause the area that they're in had flooding. The car was delivered on 2/12 and I didn't drive it until 2/15, my day off. I took it to a mechanic and he said the car had water damage inside the electrical panel. He couldn't work on it and advised me to return it if I could. I looked for the damage and the left floor side was wet and slushy, the steering wheel shaft is completely rusted. There was also water in the vent system. Johnny denied the car being wet and said they don't have time to look at every nook and cranny to check for rust, He said the car was clean. He said "there's no law in California that says we have to give you your money back." His solution was to drive the car 300 miles to the dealership and they could process the car like a trade in and I could use that value to buy another car. CarFax reports says no accidents but this car was clearly submerged at some point.

Purchased a used vehicle from a dealer on January 19th. On February 1st the vehicle quit operating properly and went into a reduced function mode, we parked it and today we had the vehicle towed to a repair facility and found out that it needs a transmission. I'm concerned about the safety inspection that was performed prior to the sale and want to know if there were any concerns with the transmission. 2003 BMW 325- WBAAX********0311

I spoke to the customer over the phone we made an agreement I would help him get it fixed at Cost through my own resources. His son bought a BMW with 150,000 miles on it and drove it really rough which blew the transmission nothing to do on our end we drove the car several times as a dealership and owners we also drove the vehicle back on a long trip from Marietta auction the car was perfectly fine when we sold it the kid who bought the car was racing it and treating it really rough so not our fault and we already came to a agreement

On Thursday August 31, 2023, I went up to the Inside Car Guys Dealership to look at an 2021 LC 500 CONVERTIBLE that they had advertised. Of course when I got there they claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. I also noted your SL 550 was on the lot advertised for $21 or $22K, I can't remember. In fact David and Helder said that you and Rachelle had just left. While there, I saw a very clean 2005 SC 430 black on black. I took the car for a long test drive and I was impressed with how well maintained and preserved the car was. As such, I purchased the car for $13K. I gave them a $500 credit card payment to generate the contract. I informed David Winston, Johnny (?), Marcus (?, but apparently the owner) and Bruce (?) that everything was contingent on the approval of my wife Jennifer (training for her Ms Olympia Competition in San Diego next week) and she would give me a check and I would bring it back on Friday the next day. David and I traded some AMGEN war stories and I tipped Raul $50 to wash the SC 430 and clean the lens on the headlights and I would pick the car up tomorrow. Well to make a long story short, Jennifer was not having it and said that she did not want another SC 430 even as a project car. That I was to stay focused and find a 2014 or newer SL 550, SL 63 or SL 65 period! David had given me his direct line and I called, texted and emailed him.........(crickets). So today, I had an appointment to look at a new SL 63 in TO and I thought I would stop by a get them to refund my credit card. Simple enough right? What happened next was like a bad nightmare. This huge guy pushed me down and threatened me bodily injury. When I was younger, I would have wiped up the floor with him. Seeing that I was in a hornets nest, I attempted to leave but he was blocking my exit and banging on my S600. I stopped the car locked the doors and put up all the shades in the car and crawled into the back seat. As expected due to his obesity and the heat of the day he retreated back into the dealership. Seizing, the opportunity, I escaped calmed down and called BOA and they reversed the charge. The reason I am telling you this story is that it broke my heart to see you SL 550 sitting there with all kinds of bird and tree droppings on the paint. Also it was very clear from the several times I was at the dealership that there are some unsavory people test driving the cars and the tenants next door seem to use the car lot as a dumpster just throwing cans, bottles and trash over the wall. I wouldn't want my car there and I am surprised that you have aligned with the likeness of these people to represent you and Rachelle in the sale of your "baby". That you have taken such good care of since Rachelle purchased it from Fletcher Jones. I cannot tell you what to do with your car but on Monday my attorneys will be releasing a "shit storm" on THE INSIDE CAR GUYS including David, Marcus, Helder and Johnny including but not limited to their assets, the assets in their possession and any assets under contract.
