Aug 22nd. I purchased a bike from them used off the pink bike website and the bike was in terrible condition. I had to make repairs that were costly. I tried to resolve with the business but they were very rude and were not able to help me. I paid $5700 and I was trying to get 150 for a repair that I had to make before the bike was usable, , I tried to contact your email with no responseBusiness response

The customer here bought a used bicycle from Pinkbike.com, which is a reputable media and resale site for cycling. They already attempted a PayPal dispute (PP-R-TYF-458999514) that was closed in our favor. In the attached screenshots are the paragraphs responding to the customer's claims. An attempt was made to get the contact information for the bike shop that they said identified the issues, and they never provided that. I am rejecting this response because:I have any documentation to back up this claim. They are referring to a PayPal claim that was not valid because the bike was repaired and PayPal does not cover if it is repaired before the end of the claim. I am contacting the bbb to step in to handle this fraudulent business. I am not the first customer to have a problem with the bike shop. Please let me know what you need from here.

There seems to be a misunderstanding in regards to the condition of the bike. The ad does make it clear that it was used and not brand new. In response to the photos they uploaded, you can see in the listing and the attached photo the condition of the part when it was shipped.

I am rejecting this response because: I have documented on pink bike messaging when I asked about the condition. I stated that since this bike is coming from a bike that it is 100% maintained. And the answer was yes. I can provide that documentation as well.
