Hello, I am writing this for my 79 year old mother at the time. We have been dealing with this for over a year. She will be 80 years old at the end of this year. She purchased the clock from Clockway.com for my birthday in 2021 a month early to make sure it would arrive on time (Order #3*****321). It was delivered a week late. The clock (CHM1402) came with a blown out bulb. I replaced it but the little button that turns it on and off skips as if it is stripped. Also, the volume is much too low. I have adjusted it and it will not become louder. The clock will not keep time. I have to adjust it every month by setting it back 5 minutes. I have not touched it in 2 1/2 months. It is now almost 15 minutes to fast. We asked that we be allowed to exchange the clock for another model (CHM1310). They agreed and stated that they would waive the delivery and setup charge because the clock was faulty. This Journey began on 3/19/2021. We received the faulty clock on 4/27/2021 and alerted them to the problems with the clock on the same day. We are still waiting. I have called several times to be told that it was sitting on the dock awaiting the delivery company. The last correspondence I saw was on their website that said it was in the hands of the delivery company. That was last month. I have heard nothing from either Clockway.com or CEVA the supposed delivery company. Clockway.com has removed their website and the numbers I have for them and CEVA have been disconnected. Any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Y****** ******
